This is just a house that rents out rooms by the night, not the MacMaster dormitories. Only parking for 1 car for the whole house, despite having 3 or 4 separate rooms, otherwise its street parking. Much of the house, bedroom and common spaces, are in various states of disrepair.

Good value for money. Two bathrooms are shared with nine or 10 bedrooms/guests, so no issue with that. Room #2 is beside one of the bathrooms, so the folks having a 6:00 AM shower will wake you up.

NO AIR CONDITIONING.
I was shocked to find out they do not have air or ceiling fans. Nothing. Just morbid stifling heat. We went to another hotel just to survive. Average temp the weekend I was there was 30 Celsius.
Not having air in August 2024 is UNACCEPTABLE.
How do you say a cheap owner without saying a cheap owner?

YOU COULD LITERALLY DIE HERE!

You could literally die in the giant sinkhole here if you take 1 step off the porch that does not have a railing! It is amazing this place has not been shut down with how dangerous it is. I was mortified at the giant size of the 20 foot drop abyss with the only protection one has are 2 tiny pilons (marker cones) & a piece of sun bleached caution tape that blows in the wind.
What makes the stay here even worse is the fact that the owner is never present & barely reachable by phone to handle all the problems that this horrific place has in store for unsuspecting guests.
This place has the worst water pressure with the toilet always clogged, filthy never washed bedding, no A/C in the summer with rooms reaching over 95° & above, a giant death trap sinkhole in the front/side of the house & constant scheduling conflicts that overlap with other guests resulting in 1 room getting double booked with no one to rectify the issue day or night!
This horror movie stay should not be allowed to have even 1 star out of 5 it is that bad. This place should be shut down for good!
Stay at your own risk!
