The property may ask a deposit of 50% of the total amount to secure the reservation. Please note that Casas do Porto does not have an open reception and neither the team lives on the building, so it's imperative that guests contact the property prior to their arrival (preferable 1 week before). The absence of contact or reply from the guest may result in the cancellation of the reservation. At the end of the stay, the apartment must be delivered in reasonable clean conditions. If this condition is not verified, an additional cleaning fee of 50 € per apartment may be charged. Also upon arrival, you must pay the Municipal Tourist Tax 3 €/person/night, this can be paid in cash.
