The room very very nice and clean, it smelled a little weird but it looked very clean. I slept like a rock here and I usually can’t sleep in hotels! The breakfast was delicious, I can’t eat gluten or dairy and there were options for that. The staff were nice also. Great visit!

We will not stay with a best western again. We needed to book a budget hotel for a last minute trip. We were not setting high standards but looking for a clean place to sleep for two nights. The lobby looked nice and smelled clean when we walked in but the rooms were run down, in need of renovation, holes in the wall, stains on the couch, and mold on the window. The TV had a glitch bit we couldn't call the front desk because the phone didn't work. The next day we told the staff and they came to our room to look at the TV and switch out the phone. When we turned the lights on, we found roaches all over. The maintenance person with us saw them and had our room switched immediately. We needed to shake out all of our belongings and pack everything up to move to the new room.. While the staff was friendly and helpful and remedied the issues, the hotel experience was not good. I would not recommend a stay here.

We enjoyed the hotel. Reception was excellent. The maintenance man was egregiously inappropriate.

Bathroom was not very good, shower grade off so water pooled and flowed to floor. Mold on trim, pool only cleaned like once a day so leaves falling from trees were overpowering in pool by afternoon

Quite area near restaurants , we had a major issue in the bathroom there were roaches . The bathroom needs to be caulked and sprayed and housekeeping needs to clean better . We were moved to another room , bathroom pipes had duck tape.Instead of a simple fix .
