Eco friendly place even for non-eco enthusiasts
Fair price for a nice place to stay. Location is alright, but if you’re like us and use Uber in the cities it’s pretty much always good. The room we got was nice and spacious, although it got quite cold inside during the night. Not to worry because there’s like 3 really warm blankets so that’s not an issue, just something to know. We had to wait for like 5min each time we got into the shower for the water to turn warm and I feel like there was always only a certain amount of hot water available, but it was managable. 3/4 breakfasts included only breakfast packages with a ham&cheese sandwich, juice/water and a banana since we had a lot of day trips. Final breakfast at the Inn was sub-par, where we waited nearly 50min for a really small oat pancake and some scrambled eggs, which looked like kids portions. That was pretty disappointing, but overall it’s a really nice place to stay. Staff were really nice and helpful so yeah I’d recommend this place even with minor faults mentioned.

Dear Mr. Brozo,
Thank you very much for taking the time to share such a detailed review of your stay with us.
We are pleased to know that you appreciated the fair price, spacious room, cleanliness, and especially the friendliness and helpfulness of our team. We are also glad that the breakfast boxes were convenient for your early excursions.
We sincerely apologize for the inconveniences you experienced with the room temperature and hot water. We also regret that your final breakfast involved such a long waiting time and that the portions did not meet your expectations. We understand how disappointing this must have been, and we will share your comments with the team to continue improving our service.
We truly appreciate that, despite these shortcomings, you would still recommend Eco Bunnu Inn. Your feedback is very valuable to us, and we hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you again on a future visit to Cusco.
Kind regards,

Our room was extremely noisy due to music from the surrounding buildings until around 2am.

I really wanted to like this place. You get what you pay for. There was a consistent drip in our bathroom that didn’t stop the whole trip, our room overlooked the lobby so it was loud till about 10 pm every night. Breakfast was mid and service was extremely slow. Water pressure in the shower was good however we only got hot water about half the time. Our TV didn ’t work and the wifi was terrible - always going in and out of connection. The staff was really nice and it was the only part of this experience that was positive.
Mükemmel konum
