Great hotel for transiting - in a quiet area just outside of central Stockholm…there is a convenient bus stop nearby that takes you into the city centre.

Black mold in the bathroom. Staff was aware of it "we know about it, it's an old house". Didn't seem that htey will do something about it.
Strong smell from the sink in our bathroom. Weird smell in the room, maybe an earlier guest has smoked in the room.
no AC.
high additional parking fees, which were not well communicated.

Toilet was covered in feces
Our stay at Quality Hotel Entry was a very disappointing hotel experience.
Our bathroom had not been cleaned at all. The toilet was covered in feces, including the toilet seat, and the sink was dirty with visible grime.
I immediately went to reception and asked for another room. I was told this was impossible because the hotel was fully booked. I then asked for compensation, but was only offered a complimentary meal. i.e. pizza.
I even asked twice for cleaning supplies so we could disinfect the bathroom ourselves. Instead, a staff member eventually came and spent about one minute doing a very quick clean.
The following morning, before leaving for the day, I specifically asked reception to have our room cleaned while we were out. When we returned that evening, the room had not been cleaned at all, including the bathroom. Once again, I had to report the issue, and once again someone came to give the toilet another one-minute quick clean.
Another major issue was that the hotel was fully booked, yet one of the two elevators was out of service. At check-out time, we waited almost 10 minutes for an elevator before finally giving up and carrying our luggage down three flights of stairs while wearing high heels.
The rooms weren’t poorly ventilated and became uncomfortably warm.
The breakfast was generally good and offered a nice selection. Unfortunately, on one of the mornings, some of the bread was moldy.
I also want to mention the young woman working at reception on Thursday. The hotel was completely full, and she was the only person handling the front desk while dealing with one problem after another. Our complaint was clearly not the only one. I genuinely felt sorry for her. She remained polite, professional, and did everything she could under impossible circumstances. She deserves big thanks!

Okay Hotel 15 min outside of Oslo
This exact Hotel is a bit old, they have one out of two elevators working and there is no Air conditioning in the Room. BUT, it's only a 15 min drive by car into Oslo Centrum, the rooms are cheaper here than in Oslo Centrum, the busstopp is a short walk from the hotel and there you can take a bus into Oslo Centrum. And don't forget the Breakfast is great and all the people working at the hotel is super nice. Tina, Urte, Pernille, Leah, Kristina from PSS and all the other guys witch I don't remember the names of

I have stayed at many hotels around the world but I think this one was one of the worst.
Was met by a full trashbag in the middle of the room when I checked in.
Everything was dirty from the floors to the toilet.
I will not even go into what it looked like under the bed.....
For that price for that room I would expect gold sinks atleast!!
