It is not allowed to bring food and beverage from outside in the hotel. Hotel keep the right to move this food and beverage. • Rooms can only be used by guests who are duly registered at the reception with a valid identity document. • In all Guest rooms DO NOT DISTURB sign has been provided. Hotel rule is that this sign cannot be displayed longer than 24 hours. After this time, Hotel reserves the right to enter the room due to Safety and Security reasons. • No loud music is allowed in hotel room, lobby area and public area • It’s not allowed to hang up clothes on the terrace wall or outside the room. • Children must not be permitted to run or play in hallways, stairways, Food & Beverage areas or other areas that disturb other guests or neighbor. • No Pets of any kind allowed on property; guest must remove pet from property immediately upon request. • Hotel guests must have appropriate clothes and footwear when they are moving through the public spaces, Stairways, Food & Beverages areas of the hotel / Resort. • Weapons, explosives, inflammable objects and materials or other dangerous chemicals or goods of hazardous nature are strictly prohibited on hotel premises. • Guests will be held responsible for any loss or damage to Mousa Coast Hotel property caused by themselves, their guests or any person for whom they are responsible. • It is not allowed to take out from the hotel the room inventory (pillows, blankets, towels, …… etc.) • In case of fire alarm, please follow instructions from the evacuation plan attached on the inside of your main room door. • Guests must comply with all pool regulations posted. Violations of regulations could result in being asked to leave the pool area or possibly the Hotel / beach club House entirely. • The hotel may refuse to accept the guests who grossly violated the Hotel Rules and Regulations during the last stay by damaging the hotel's or guests' property or by inflicting damage on other guests, hotel employees or other persons staying in the hotel or in other way violated the stay of other guests or the functioning of the hotel. • In case of breach of Hotel Rules and Management Policies by the Guest, the Hotel Management has the right to request any guest to leave the Hotel, without previous notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever.
