Not clean. Bad smell.

Not clean. The room had a terrible smell. The bed and pillows also bad odour. I discovered why when I lifted the sheets and took off the pillow case. Everything is stained and not clean. Very unhygienic. The room I was allocated felt like a student hostel, not the 4-star hotel it is advertised as.

Not clean. Room had very bad smell. Mattress topper and mattress base were stained and filthy. Pillows smelt bad and when I removed the pillow case to look, these were also stained. Staff very friendly and breakfast nice. But the room I had felt like a student hostel and not the 4-star hotel standard it is advertised as.

I enjoyed that they had 2 kg and 4 kg dumbbells in the room, which meant I could fit in a quick workout. The room was also spacious enough to exercise comfortably.

Worn out and tired, needs some care.

A dated hotel that needs a little more care. It needs to be thoroughly cleaned and refreshed. Some furniture has done its bit. We haven't seen all the rooms, but two. This is because we thought the first room was not clean / fresh. Blah stained mattress toppers and armchairs. Had to look at another room, but there was not much difference.
Friendly staff at the front desk and for breakfast. Good breakfast.
Couple, double room one night.
