Authentic

Old-fashioned family hotel in its operation, rooms, and common areas, modern in its amenities. Clean and quiet. Inexpensive for the quality of service. Washcloths... rare in hotels these days. Pleasantly surprised by the authenticity of the place. The lady at the front desk on Sunday morning was pleasant, happy to answer our questions, especially when we talked about the history of the hotel. Too bad we only met her at checkout. The other receptionists are professional and friendly but not talkative. The breakfast is super varied in a large room. Coffee, tea, fresh water at the front desk.

Great great hotel in a ideal location not
noisy at all
Staff are super nice and friendly
Breakfast is very good and very filling
Rooms and beds are perfect and beds are so comfy and clean
Will definitely come back

Friendly staff

Its an old building so not so modern. But everything is clean.
Friendly staff. Has a sauna with a great bodyscrub.
Location is very good for a visit to Liseberg. Had a room with windows to the inside yard so can tell anything about the traffic noise. Very soft beds.
Big minus- no pancakes at breakfast but other things that will fill up your tummy.

I highly recommend this hotel

Still the hotel I like most in Gothenburg.
Here is a small and cosy hotel that is centrally located in the city. Short distance to everything. There is also nice service here.

Practically perfect in every way!

Perfect location, very clean and exceptionally quiet hotel! I've never stayed somewhere so peaceful, the compact single was just perfect for me for 2 nights and I would definitely stay again and for longer next time! Breakfast!... Honestly one of the best breakfasts I've ever had in a hotel, plenty of options and caters very well for all needs. Plentiful supply of all food. The little extras like coffee and tea and cake in the lounge just give it that extra special feel! Free sparkling/still water and ice available and carafes to take up to your room. Honestly this is such a perfect hotel!
