Some fantastic days at the hotel.
We have spent some wonderful days at the Hotel Marítimo and the experience has been excellent. I traveled with my partner and we felt very comfortable from the first moment. We want to highlight the kindness and professionalism of all the staff, always attentive and willing to help with a smile, highlight Joana from reception who took care of us super well, Diana and Xavi from the bar were super kind to us and Jaime from the dining room, a person attentive to any doubt or question we asked him, a 10 for all of them.
The room was very clean, it was comfortable, and it had everything necessary to enjoy the stay. Furthermore, the hotel's location is perfect for resting and enjoying the area. Without a doubt, these have been unforgettable days and we have left with a very good memory. We recommend this hotel 100% and, if we return to the area, we will repeat without hesitation. Thank you very much for making our stay so special!

Grupotel Maritimo is a genuinely delightful stay — calm, welcoming, and wonderfully well‑run. The breakfast setup is a standout: beautifully organised, fresh, and offering an impressive range of hot dishes, fruit, pastries, and made‑to‑order options that make mornings feel effortless. Staff throughout the hotel are pleasant, warm, and consistently helpful, adding a relaxed friendliness that suits the quiet atmosphere. The rooms are well‑appointed, comfortable, and appropriately designed for unwinding after a day in Alcúdia
Despite being close to everything, the hotel maintains a peaceful vibe, perfect for couples or anyone seeking a restful base. Overall, Grupotel Maritimo delivers a polished, enjoyable experience with great food, great people, and great comfort — a hotel that gets the important things right.

Great staff, facilities and breakfast.
10min walk to the beach and some nice restaurants around.
There should be available food in the afternoon and complimentary towels and water (as available in the first day but not on the following days).

4 star luxury resort hotel are not things that come to mind when I think about this place. For the price, the quality is terrible. Staff are so unhelpful, didn’t go over anything at check in and we didn’t know things like pool hours or locations for anything, wouldn’t help us with our laundry at a time that the policy states that we can do it. The rooms and amenities…. Do not get me started….. the amount of times I fell between the bed, the dust mounds everywhere, the hair in the fridge, the dirty shower when we arrived. You need to pay to use the safe or get fresh towels?! The outdoor pool looked horrible and indoor pool was hot while hot tub was cold, wanna use the steam room? Well you need to go back up to front desk and ask them to do it. The only good thing about this place is the proximity to the beach. Also, providing a single bottle of dish soap and calling it shampoo conditioner and body wash is not very 4 star resort coded. And enjoy hearing conversations from the rooms next door, and even when they open a door, flush the toilet, shower, open the balcony. Everything. Also, they only give one pillow and a flimsy sheet to sleep on. I felt like a Victorian beggar.

A mixed experience
I have mixed feelings about this hotel.
On the positive side, it is a beautiful property with comfortable rooms, friendly staff, an excellent breakfast with a generous and varied selection, a pleasant swimming pool, and easy access to the beach.
However, it is not really my preferred style of hotel. The rooms are very basic and standardised, and frankly rather small for a four star hotel. The property itself is huge, with little sense of intimacy or local charm. It is also quite far from the lively atmosphere of Alcúdia Port and its many small restaurants (definitely not walking distance)
The jacuzzi was another disappointment: the water smelled strongly of chlorine and was covered in foam, which made the experience quite unpleasant.
Overall, the hotel offers decent comfort and facilities, but if I return to Alcúdia, I already know where I would rather stay for a similar price—and it certainly would not be in one of these large, impersonal hotel complexes

We cannot be liked by everybody and take your negative points not personally.
For the issue with the Jacuzzi we bag your pardon but sometimes people make a joke out of introducing bath gel and spoil that facility . In this cases it needs to be disinfected and its use suspended until public health is restored.
Nothing more to say only to wish you a lovely stay at a location 100% satisfying your expectations next time you visit our paradise island.
