Clean rooms, nice staff but the breakfast menu offers no variety. The room was a nice size but no hot water pot for tea. Hot water is on demand, you must go to the desk and demand it. Old city (Medina) is very quiet but watch were your walking in the mark

Visit to Marrakesh

We came to visit Marrakech as a family and we wanted to experience what it is like to be staying in a Moroccan house, in a riad, and, let’s say by the way, this was a good experience. The space manager, Anass, welcomed us in his home in a hospitality and friendly manner. It was our first time in Marrakesh and Anass gave us valuable information on how to "survive" in the city...what to do, what to visit, where to eat, etc...impeccable.

Good riad

We stayed at this riad.
Cleanliness impeccable, good bedding very nice location 5 minutes from the shopping streets, good breakfast but always the same every day, some Moroccan bread would be nice.
Too bad the pool has whirlpool not working, lack of maintenance.
Welcoming is pro, but we do not find the friendly Mood of a riad , little exchange with the managers
For me, given our experience with riads it is very good but not excellent.
A worry also with hot water in the evening.

Lovely Riad nestled in the Old Medina

This Riad was excellent. Omar is a credit to the hotel and gets a 10/10! The Riad itself was very cute with rooms running around an open air courtyard. The rooms were very nice and had excellent air con which was very well received after a long day walking in the Medina. Breakfast was served daily with a selection of pastries, yoghurt, fruit and eggs to order. There is a lovely rooftop with day lounges to sit and read and also a little pool.
The only downside is that it can be very noisy in the morning with visitors having breakfast and talking very loudly, but this is not the hotels fault. IF you are wanting quiet though it might not be the place for you.
It is nestled in the Old Medina which is a magical experience for any traveller to wander around the alleyways.

Thank you for choosing RIAD DAR DAR. You're right, riads can be quite noisy because they are large houses, and unfortunately, some guests aren't always discreet. The upstairs rooms are quieter.

Very nice riad, exactly in the middle of Medina, which made it easy to get to everything. Breakfast was v good and pool was refreshing. TV with YouTube was a bonus. Very comfy bed and pillows were great.
