The location was excellent! It felt like the hotel was right on WSU’s campus. Our suite had a full kitchen and living area. Bathroom had a large walk-in shower. The room also had a large desk area for me to get work done on my trip. Staff were prompt and friendly. I highly recommend staying at this hotel!

the hotel was excellent, decor modern, and loved just hanging out in our room. it could probably use a deep clean though in the bathroom but that is minor.

We stayed at this Residence Inn for 8 days. I had to ask for towels, toilet paper, and body wash multiple times. Housekeeping did not come to our room unless I requested it. For the amount of money it cost to stay here, I shouldn't have to seek out someone to empty my trash, provide toilet paper, and bring towels. I didn't care if they cleaned, just provide basic necessities. Staff was nice, no one was rude. Just clueless and uncaring. Breakfast was good, laundry facilities clean, and a decent workout room. But I would pick a different hotel if you plan to stay more than 1-2 nights.

Amenities are awesome. Full gym. Several options at breakfast. Place overall was the best stay I have had in long time. Stay there in your in the Palouse area.

Room cleaning is every other day. But the day we requested, cleaners never came. But we just asked for extra toilet papers and towels and they provided it. We threw our trash away. Overall, the front reception was very helpful and accommodating.
