Bathing suits, T-shirts, flip-flops, sleeveless shirts and bare chests are not permitted in the buffet and theme restaurants. Guests are requested to wear pants or shorts for dinner, both at the buffet and in the theme restaurants.

The hotel markets its standard rooms as "villas", which is misleading and creates expectations that are not met. The room was basic and poorly equipped for the price point, with no coffee machine, no iron, and a television that did not work until we asked for technical service.
Even more surprisingly, irons are only available upon bookings, and for short period of time!
Upon arrival, our room was not ready despite arriving after the official check-in time, forcing us to wait approximately 20 minutes. However, when we requested a modest one-hour late check-out because our infant was asleep, the request was denied with the explanation that room access is automatically disabled shortly after noon. This felt inflexible and lacking in customer care.
The overall service was disappointing. Several staff members appeared unwelcoming and indifferent, which made us feel uncomfortable rather than valued as guests.
Given the rates charged, I expected a much higher standard of accommodation, service, and hospitality. Unfortunately, the experience fell far below expectations, and we left feeling very disappointed.

Disappointing welcome and services
However, the welcome at the reception was very disappointing.
Upon our arrival, after 3 PM, the receptionists made us wait, claiming that the rooms were not ready.
We were not alone in this situation: families with children, babies, and elderly people were also waiting. Finally, just as I was crossing the lobby to go to management to complain, I was suddenly informed that my room was ready. What a coincidence! The same observation at the time of departure: we had to wait for a check to ensure that we had not consumed or taken anything from the villa. I found this way of treating customers particularly shocking.
For an establishment displaying such rates and presenting itself as a high-end hotel, this level of service is unacceptable.
In my opinion, the price requested is absolutely not justified.

The one strange thing that makes me get out of four stars is that in the winter and into the mid spring they don’t actually have air-conditioning on so you have to open the window if the room is too warm. Apparently this is hotel wide. I was there late, April.
