Clean & Updated place. Warm, Friendly & Informative Staffs.

Casa Cristobal made a huge highlight in our 4 days in Cusco. Clean and well maintained rooms, comfy & clean beds. Location is extra few mins away from plaza but we love it even more. Beautiful lobby with cute street view at breakfast time or a quiet afternoon after a day trip. Staff are so helpful and friendly, especially Jaer, Yemily, and the nice lady at evening shift. Thank you for giving us warm hello always, great local information, making fresh and yummy coffee/drinks and breakfast for us, and the hot water at night time for my bedtime tea. Thank you for everything!

El Centenario is a nice small hotel a 10 minute walk from the Plaza de Armas in Cusco. The staff were amazing. Always helpful with keeping my family’s luggage while we did the Inca Trail. I used their laundry service twice, which was great. They were always available to help me with anything I needed.
The breakfast is a great plus here. The coffee and breakfast included is great option.
The rooms need some updating but overall they were clean, which is all we needed.
If I returned to Cusco I would pick something closer to the Plaza where all the activity takes place. However that is nothing against the Centenario.

Breakfast was included and it was homemade. The rooms were cleaned well everyday. The staff was very nice and helpful. The rooms looked great. There is no refrigerator in the room. The view out of our window was a concrete was. I would stay here again. The location was good for walking to food and shopping. The artesano market was a 10 minute walk. The Plaza de Armas was a 15 minute walk.

Staff was friendly and very helpful. The breakfast in the morning was good there were several options. They did have laundry service that was very reasonable. The plaza and San Pedro Market were within 10 to 12 minutes walking.

The hotel is very modern, the bed is too firm for me, I felt like sleeping in Korean traditional bed YO, did not sleep at all for 48 hrs. The room floor and bathroom need some extra detail cleaning, the room is very nice and the bathroom very spacious. Staff very friendly, WiFi on and off once in a while. Breakfast is good except the box breakfast. Cleaning needed improvement.
