It is good to hear that the breakfast was sensational with lots of delicious options to choose from, that you appreciated our offer of free coffee/tea/water in the front desk area and that the staff was eficcient and service minded.

The smallest room ever! No towel slippers! The radiator is not working!
2- All the hotel rooms I stayed in the last 10-15 years have towel slippers in the room so I do not take my slippers with me to wear in the room. They do not have it and when I asked for it at the reception, the answer was we have it only for business rooms!
3-The room is cold and the radiator is not working. Their solution is to bring an extra heater as if the room is not already too small.
I can not regret more booking this hotel and I am surprised how the ratings can be so high!
