Good selection, good price.

Short stop at the Econo Lodge, a clean and well-maintained establishment. Impeccable service, comfortable bed, and beautiful bathroom.
The Le Chavigny restaurant is excellent as well.

Bed still uncomfortable

In the past mattresses were super hard. I promised myself that I would not sleep there again because it was impossible for me to sleep on a hard mattress. By changing with the renovations they did and everything ....I took a chance, because I had been confirmed that the mattresses were changed. Well no mattresses are as uncomfortable as before results I did not sleep and I hurt everywhere because I suffer from severe osteoarthritis. This is really the last time I get caught.

Check your sheets!

We had a nice dinner and drinks in the bar area, booked a suite with a whirlpool tub for the night. Shortly after being in the bed we realized the sheets were stained with fresh bright red blood that soaked through all three layers. The hotel staff helped change the sheets however at check out the manager did not come out of the office to apologize but had a staff member offer a $25 discount on the room. Since we had had a few dinks with dinner we were unable to leave this was such a disgusting disappointment

Snowmobile stop for the night

Plus side. Room was clean and warm...perfect.
Minus side. This motel is a truck stop so we heard truck in and out through the night.
The resto is ok, size of the pizza plate is enough for a good eater like me. Breakfast also ok. Excellent service

An average place to sleep but great food

The rooms are a bit dated. I stayed one night and it does the job when you cannot find anything else around. It is clean and the staff very nice and helpful. I really enjoyed supper and breakfast at this location. The food was excellent.
