HORRIBLE.
I stayed 3 days in this structure I had a bad experience, it says that they give the "breakfast" never seen there were 2 pastes from the first day was only added icing sugar! Shower not working!!! In the evening just retired you could not take a shower because the water did not come out, dirty dishes nightmare cutlery, coffee saucers with dead ants!!!!! Are you kidding me??? Cats everywhere that could safely enter the house, (my girlfriend is afraid of cats so she was not even quiet because they could enter) air conditioning that turned itself off... I even asked the lady for a pot to cook me because the pots that were in the kitchen were DIRTY! I was answered “wash and use them” sorry I pay for the service? Where is this service? I attach here the photos of the horror I found I strongly advise you against coming here because I had a bad experience!

Terrible, better to sleep on a bench
We booked because of a wedding in Salento.
There were three of us in a dirty, damp and dilapidated room, but the incredible thing was that upon entering the bathroom, next to the shower. , there was a closet with a bed rented to another person, the unfortunate person therefore could only access it from our room.
When we took a shower there was no water and we washed ourselves as best we could with bottled water and towels. It's incredibly terrible on all eight counts.
Poor and improvised breakfasts.
It's not a hospitality facility, it's a horror film set

L'amore per il guadagno lo pagano i clienti incolpevoli
Non ho dormito in questo B&B, ma comunque voglio raccontarvi la mia storia. Premetto che ho un immenso rispetto per chi lavora, perché dietro ad ogni attività ci sono tanti sacrifici e rinunce, pertanto mi dispiace molto quando devo scrivere una recensione negativa, ma qui non posso farne a meno. Ho prenotato con circa 3 mesi di anticipo con AirBnB ed ho pagato il prezzo esposto sul sito. L’host mi ha poi contattato dicendo che c’era un errore di digitazione nel prezzo esposto sul sito e che pertanto avrei dovuto pagare il doppio del prezzo esposto. Io ho ribattuto che mi dispiaceva per loro, ma avrebbero potuto controllare prima di mettere il prezzo esposto, per cui per me valeva il prezzo pagato e non avrei corrisposto differenze. Ho informato anche AirBnB dell’accaduto e mi hanno dato ragione. La sera della prenotazione, il 10 agosto 2021 (avevo prenotato per 2 notti per 2 persone), arrivo con un caldo bestiale ed un viaggio di 500 Km. e la titolare mi dice che la mia prenotazione era stata cancellata (da chi??? Da me non di certo!) e non aveva altre camere disponibili. Premetto che sono invalido civile al 90% e sono in possesso anche di certificazione di portatore di handicap ex L. 104/92. La signora mi accompagna in un’altra struttura distante qualche chilometro, in piena campagna. La camera era senza aria condizionata e senza televisione, pertanto non vi dico come ho passato quella notte, nonostante i proprietari fossero molto cortesi e disponibili. La mattina ho lasciato la camera e, grazie ad amici del posto, sono riuscito a trovare una soluzione consona alle mie esigenze. Tralascio ogni commento sul comportamento della signora Rosanna, perché lo giudicherà chi legge. Certamente la signora Rosanna ha badato ai suoi interessi di imprenditrice, nonostante l’errore l’abbia fatto lei, ma io di certo quando mi troverò in zona non andrò mai più da lei e non consiglierò la sua struttura a nessuno. Se avesse riconosciuto l’errore, rispettando i patti e la prenotazione, avrebbe avuto senz'altro una recensione positiva, con ritorno di immagine per il suo B&B e per i turisti che avrebbero letto. Ne è valsa la pena?
