The Riverside is a unique and magical place to experience the North of Sweden

A big thank you from the bottom of my heart Pia for this magical stay in the B&B the Riverside. I spent unforgettable moments, met wonderful people (especially Pia ) tasted delicious dishes ✨typical Swedish✨ prepared with care.
The room was very comfortable with a sublime view of the woods and the river. I felt beautifully welcomed. A treat for all my senses.
The Riverside is a unique and magical place to experience the North of Sweden. My real favourite. Can't wait to return to this beautiful land of the North

Wonderful Memory

The Riverside ist a very nice Hostel with a wonderful Hostess. She was so friendly. When i saw outside the window i can saw the big River. It looks beautiful. The Rooms are nice and very clean. The bath too.
The Hostel is in a quiet location. We have stayed The Riverside several times and would gladly return. Tanja from Germany.

Staying at this riverside was an absolute dream. From the moment I arrived, I felt completely at home. The house is beautiful, warm, and welcoming, surrounded by stunning nature with the lake right there — peaceful, calming, and truly special.
The host is amazing — kind, attentive, and such a talented cook. Every meal was delicious and made with real care, which added so much to the whole experience. You can really feel the love that’s gone into creating this place.

What a Beautiful Place!

What a lovely week I spent at the Riverside. I stayed in the Forest Room which has great views of the river and surrounding trees. Pia was a great host and provided delicious meals, I even had the opportunity to try some traditional Swedish food! Pia also gave lots of good information on the local area, as well as Swedish more generally. This was my first time in Sweden and at the Riverside, and I’ll definitely be coming back!
