There was no receptionist at the hotel. We needed to go across the street to a separate hotel to check in. The parking was very small. So we had to park in the garage for the other hotel. The breakfast was amazing though. And the staff that was there and the other hotel was very nice and helpful.

A little bit disappointed, the room was fairly expensive but there was no reception or bar, the reception was in another building. Not usb hubs for phones I thought it was standard now but the room was clean and nice

A dirty and army hotel.

Came to the untidy room, complained about this and was told that it would be addressed.
No action...
A breakfast in chaos with too few seats and miserable order.

Perfectly okay for a night's overnight stay passing through!

Perfectly ok hotel in mid-range. Check-in was at the hotel opposite, but went smoothly anyway. Very soft bed and cold floors in the room, but quite ok for one night.

Charming hotel, like the fact that they have a backyard to park the car in central Örebro ( not many so be sure to book..) great cleaning service as well as breakfast and reception service ( located across the street at Hitel Örebro but very close so not a problem)
