Great hotel
A really nice hotel, we were very satisfied. We had booked a king room, our room was very nicely furnished, sufficiently large, and had everything we needed - there was also a small refrigerator. The staff was always very friendly. During the stay, you could use the gym and pool for free. The breakfast was really great! We will be back!

Unfresh room
Nice and nice hotel but got a hotel room that smelled really bad, smell of sweat that we tried to air away without result. In the bed under the sheet were mashed chips that were not so nice. Did not receive any compensation despite this.

Tack för att ni tog er tid att dela med er av er upplevelse hos oss. Det gläder oss att ni tyckte att vårt hotell var trevligt och fint, men det gör oss verkligen ledsna att höra om er upplevelse av hotellrummet.
Att komma in på ett rum som luktar illa och dessutom upptäcka mosade chips under lakanet är självklart inte okej. Det är långt ifrån den standard och upplevelse vi vill erbjuda våra gäster. Vi vill verkligen be om ursäkt för detta.
Vi förstår också att det måste ha känts tråkigt att ni inte fick den hjälp eller kompensation ni hade förväntat er när ni påtalade detta. När något sådant händer ska våra gäster känna att vi tar ansvar, lyssnar och försöker göra situationen så bra som möjligt. Vi beklagar verkligen att vi inte fick er att känna så.
Vi skulle väldigt gärna vilja få möjlighet att följa upp både det som hände på rummet och hur situationen hanterades under er vistelse. Om ni har möjlighet får ni gärna kontakta oss på reception@sunlight.se och berätta lite mer om er vistelse, gärna vilket datum ni bodde hos oss samt vilket rum ni hade. Då kan vi gå vidare med detta internt och framför allt få möjlighet att prata vidare med er kring er upplevelse.
Vi hoppas innerligt att ni vill ge oss den möjligheten. För oss är det viktigt att inte bara lyssna på feedbacken, utan också försöka göra rätt när något har blivit fel.

Great hotel en spa, but some points of considderation
The spa was absolutely great — really great. The hotel itself was clean, and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
However, we were staying in room A102, and unfortunately there were a few issues during our stay.
Every morning at 7:30, music was turned on for the outdoor terrace. We asked the reception to turn it off, which they kindly did. However, on the following mornings, the music was turned on again. As our room was located close to the terrace, this was quite disturbing, especially so early in the morning.
We also requested fresh towels every day, but unfortunately this never happened. During our stay, we had to go to reception ourselves to ask for fresh towels.
Overall, we really enjoyed the spa and appreciated the friendly staff, but these issues made our stay less relaxing than we had hoped.

Sunlight delight
We loved staying at this Hotel.
Amanda at the front desk was amazing. Amanda assisted with information and direction when ever we asked. The bar and waiting staff were exceptional.
Our room met every expectation, it was large, clean and airy.
The location is perfect with a short walk into Nyköping.
Highly recommend
