This is really a condo complex more than a hotel. It’s busy with residents but they have great underground parking and the neighborhood seems safe. We got a two bedroom condo which worked out great.

AVOID THIS PLACE

We needed a place to stay for two months and we ended up here. It was new and looked good. We were wrong.
This place is in the middle of nowhere, no public transportation, ridiculously expensive parking fee (you need a car for literally everything, otherwise you are trapped). It is a good 45/50 minutes taxi ride to the city center...
The furniture is cheaper than the lowest Ikea.
The tiny pool and gym are overcrowded.
Everybody can come and go, there is no security at all. During the weekends there are a lot of noises from drunk people coming back late at night, of course nobody tells them to shut up (why do so? it´s only our own customers trying to sleep...).
But the real worst is the front desk. People working there is absolutely incapable of resolving any type of incident, it´s sad how they stare at you like scared rabbits, smile, and do nothing about anything. They don´t know how to make a refund, make a key that can open your apartment AND the parking entrance, find a contract you send them a few weeks ago and a long etcetera including all the tasks meant to be done in a front desk.
Apart from this lack of professionalism and training, when you finally leave this place you expect your deposit to be given back automatically (like it´s done in any serious business) but here comes the bad news: it is not going to happen. After 30 days they "forget" to give you back your deposit. You can try to phone them (no, they don´t have a phone number where you can reach them, only an email); you email them (sorry, they are extremely busy and won´t answer to your emails).
What can you do? Go there personally and after a good three hours waste of your own time get it back; send them a burofax to get them to refund you asap, because what they are doing is illegal... It is really nonsense.
These are the reasons why you really should AVOID THIS PLACE.

It is always the best option for me and my family to stay in Madrid.
It is a comfort and great accommodation. I’ve stayed there more than 3 times, and highly recommend Bext to everyone.

This was a lovely 2 bedroom suite with a well-prepared kitchenette. I would recommend adding some oven mitts for those who cook, and a dish drainer for cleaning up afterward.
The views were amazing. The beds were very comfortable.
