a stellar Ibis

A true surprise. Usually, Ibis hotels are quite basic, and this one was no exception. But with exceptional amenities: free internal parking for cars and motorcycles, a bar and kitchen with a decent menu of reasonably priced dishes, a spacious room with a large bathroom. Room cleaning in the morning and towel changes every 2 days even if not requested; excellent sleep quality; 15 minutes on foot from the center of Lleida.

Excellent to have underground garage parking for motorcycles available, especially as it was free of charge.

Excellent value for money - much better than we expected

We stayed at this Ibis as a part of a group of 10 on a birdwatching holiday and it eventually proved to be perfect. There was something of a mix up with our booking and those of another two groups, despite them all having been made months in advance. This was eventually sorted out to our satisfaction but not without a great deal of hard work by the staff on the front desk who were patient and diligent in solving the problem.
The rooms are the standard type for the Ibis group and were clean and very comfortable with nice beds and good bathrooms. Decent WiFi too.
The restaurant was surprisingly good and great value - a 3 course evening meal with wine was only €15, offering plenty of choice and good quality. Breakfast was also a bargain and, once again, great quality.
Service was excellent throughout and all of the staff should be commended for their diligence.
Our experience means that we would seek out Ibis hotels when we next visit Spain.

Super recommended

It's a balsamic hotel. Super quiet, breakfast and I like to eat well, I find it very accurate and varied. Very, very good staff. Especially Eli, who answered me on the phone. Excellent quality price, super clean and truly an oasis of peace.

Staff was polite and helpful
Food is not cheap but it’s decent quality being that there are not a lot of options around at night
