Great hotel in great location

Very nice hotel at the higher end of the town. Lovely rooms and excellent showers. Great view if you face towards the hill and parador. Also quieter than if facing the road. Staff very helpful. Breakfast pretty decent too. All good. Would stay here again.

A two-star hotel that has seen better days

Hotel with 4-star prices but closer to a two-star than a four-star. Given how the rooms are maintained and important details, I don't know if it is the best option to visit Cuenca; the location is excellent but the value for money leaves much to be desired.

Hotel of the last century

It is a hotel that has stayed in the last century, from the opening of the room with a metal key, to the metal carpentry that is not good does not insulate you from the noise of the main street if your room has such orientation with what you are hearing all night the passage of vehicles increased because the pavement is cobblestone. The room only has 1 chair and a narrow table where not a bag fits, next to a closet whose door opens upside down.
Amenities are reduced to two tiny soap bars, there is no trash bag in the only existing bin that is in the bathroom and the mini fridge is placed at the entrance to the room in a corner next to the door. The paid parkin at 17.75€ on the day. (discount for being a hotel customer=
Breakfast does not have all the products it advertises and then there are details like the juice "vampire" machine where you have to put the glass, the milk jug without a lid (they put a plate on top) or the electric table lid on the breakfast table

The size of the room was okay.
BUT:
The heating broke down constantly.
The toilet flush was broken (we were given a bucket of water).
The internet connection constantly dropped out.
There was no warm water.
The cold water was shut off without a specific timeframe being given.
Black mold in the bedroom and the bathroom.
Huge noise pollution because of construction work at the hotel.
And crazy comments of the staff of the hotel as "Toilet brushes are prohibited by law in Spain since the covid pandemie".
