Good apartment

Good apartment close to shops and Opera. Typical of Paris, the building is tidy. The fluffy and cozy bedding is excellent. everything that makes noise in the Paris center and surrounding the flat. We may always get assistance from customer support at any time.

terrible experience event to a simple cancelation

NO AC, Extremely hot place just 1 window, i was sure i was looking for a place with AC on booking and i got this.. i lost over 800 euros on that booking .. the minute entered i the room, i left to book another place.... i tried to cancel it... and they didnt do it until the last day, after i contacted booking support several times. *** Really bad experience, I did not expected to get my money back*** Also they request to pay city taxes, leaving cash on an envelope on site

The location is super convenient. I had an apartment overlooking an inner courtyard and it was really quiet, even though I was there during a massive soccer riot. Bars were nearby and the streets lively, but I heard nothing. The place is pretty clean and kept up. Some cons: It is very small. It has a Murphy bed which had to be constantly put up and down because there was no room to stand and get a glass of water. Once it was up, though, there was plenty of room. There was also no hanging racks for clothes, nor hangars. It had only some hooks on the wall. It also had a pretty good fan and good outside air, but no ac.

Searched and booked a room for 4 ppl. Got confirmation for 1 but small print said toom was up to 4 ppl.
Only realised on the day and not even the hotel itself could tell me what I had booked. They first said it was for 1, then confirmed it was for 4, then 1 again, then 2. Did not want to fix their mistake and Hotels.com sided with them.
IF THE ROOM WAS BOOKED FOR 1X PERSON, WHY WAS THE FINAL ANSWER 2X PPL?
Also, don't be fooled by the lovely stylish pictures. Room looks like a cheap hotel and the fan had so kuch dust I didn’t want to turn it on!

Quality for 1 low price

Excellent location in the heart of Paris. Busy during the week of May 1st. Everything nearby. Very quiet courtyard apartment. Small but cleverly arranged. Attentive and very professional staff.
