Welcoming, professionalism, and breathtaking rooftop: everything was perfect!
I stayed at NH Nice last weekend and I can say it was truly an excellent experience in every respect.
The location is very convenient for visiting Nice, the spaces are large, well-maintained, and welcoming, and the cleanliness is impeccable in every area of the hotel.
A real strong point is the rooftop: simply spectacular! The panoramic pool is beautiful, the colors of the sunset from up there create a magical atmosphere, and the bar/restaurant offers excellent dishes and cocktails in a truly unique setting.
But what made the stay special was undoubtedly Edi. An exceptional professional: always smiling, available, knowledgeable, and incredibly kind. He was a true point of reference throughout our stay, always ready to help with expertise and attention on every occasion. People like him truly make a difference and transform a simple stay into a memorable experience.
Congratulations to all the staff at NH Nice and a special thanks to Edi for making this vacation even more beautiful. I will definitely return!

Not what I expected from NH
Although the positive reviews led me to expect a very pleasant experience, I was unfortunately very disappointed.
Everything started with the online check-in. I selected the room that suited me best and even received a confirmation email, but when I arrived, the staff said they had no record of it and assigned me a different room on a lower floor, far from the elevators.
Based on the photos, I expected a bright and beautiful room, but that was definitely not the case. The room was dark, and the wall color made it feel even gloomier. I would even describe it as depressing. The lighting was minimal. There was also a musty smell in the room, but because of the intense heat and heavy traffic noise outside, it wasn’t possible to keep the window open.
The bathroom ceiling had mold, and the furniture was old and heavily worn.
The hotel is located next to a busy road, and unfortunately, the traffic noise could be heard clearly in the room, even with the windows closed. The hotel itself is very run-down, and the only area that appeared truly clean was the reception. The windows throughout the hotel looked as though they hadn’t been cleaned in a long time, and overall, it seemed that only the floors were regularly cleaned.
The pool was overcrowded, and the water didn’t seem clean enough to feel comfortable swimming in it.
All of these issues combined were simply too much, so I decided to leave the hotel after the first night. What was especially disappointing was that I wasn’t even offered a refund for the remaining nights

Great stay in Nice
I had the most wonderful stay at NH Nice hotel and truly enjoyed every moment. The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and welcoming, which made my experience even more special.
The room was absolutely spotless, very comfortable, and had everything you could possibly need. It was lovely and quiet, with a really comfortable mattress that made for a fantastic night’s sleep. All the amenities were well thought out and made the room feel welcoming and convenient.
The location was absolutely brilliant, making it easy to explore and enjoy the area. The rooftop pool was fantastic and a great place to relax, while the bar had a wonderful atmosphere. The food was delicious, and the cocktails were absolutely lovely!
Overall, it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. I felt very comfortable and well looked after throughout my stay, it was great value for money and I would happily come back again. Highly recommended!

Wonderfull Experience at the NH Hotel Nicee Nice
We had a fantastic time at the hotel.The manager Anna is amazing and so helpfull.Staff are so friendly all rhe timw tonrhe guests.The Roof Top Bar had amazing cocktails and the food was fab.The location was excellent ,The tram across the road brought u right into the old town and back.We had a wonderfull holiday at the NH Hotel Nice and we most certainly will be returning in the future.A very bug thank you to Anna and all hwr wonderfull staff. Great stay at NH Nice
A really nice hotel, would highly recommend. Staff are so friendly, helpful and kind. Check in was easy. Rooms lovely and clean. Air conditioning is very good. Rooftop pool is really good. Lovely clean area. Unfortunately not enough sunbeds for hotel capacity in August. Went up a few times and no available beds which is a bit disappointing. Didn't have breakfast so cannot comment on that. The one thing that let the hotel down is the gym. In my opinion it is extremely poor which is unfortunate as so many people are into their physical fitness. One machine was broke. Treadmill looked dangerous. Looked as if belt had broke and a patch of belt just replaced the old one. So basically all that was in the gym was a set of weights. But a lovely park on the doorstep with a good track to run and some exercise equipment. Location very good. Nice Riquer station 7 minute walk away. Tram right outside hotel. To walk to center definitely takes 20 minutes but the option is there to walk through the park which is quite beautiful. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely return
