Great discovery

We just left the Hotel Windsor with wonderful memories.
From our arrival, we were welcomed with great kindness by Mr. Saez and his entire team. We immediately felt a warm and family-like atmosphere.
The setting is exceptional: a magnificent, quiet, and perfectly maintained wooded park, where it is even possible to see parakeets flying from tree to tree. Having breakfast in this garden is a true moment of relaxation.
We were on full board and had the pleasure of getting to know two young servers, Éloïse and Jordan. Their professionalism, availability, smiles, and kindness contributed greatly to making our stay even more pleasant. A big thank you to them!
Our family room was spacious, comfortable, and very pleasant. As for the meals, they were excellent, varied, generous, and prepared with care.
We are leaving delighted by this beautiful discovery. A huge thank you to the entire team for their welcome, their kindness, and the quality of their services. We will return with great pleasure and recommend this establishment without the slightest hesitation.

Perfect location, excellent value, charming clean property and lovely staff.

This is such a charming property, perfectly located for reaching central Cannes within a 15 min walk, but in a calm secluded spot that gets you away from the Croisette chaos! Rooms are spacious and well equipped. The property is very clean and well kept, with good amenities (breakfast, a bar, a little library even). The terrace and gardens are perfect for relaxing with a glass of champagne. The staff are simply lovely. Dare I say not what you might expect from French hospitality. Charles the receptionist and the owner (didn't get his name) will go out of their way to help you. Bonus points for the resident cat and shih tzu! 3 of us (3 female colleagues) stayed during the famously extortionate Cannes Lions festival and Hotel Windsor was very fairly priced for the season. We also felt exceptionally safe with the security gate. Would absolutely recommend and stay here again!

Damn it! I haven’t slept all night. A shabby bed. A horrible breakfast
This is not the Windsor of London!!!
What a horror
Escape this place if you like comfort and beautiful establishments!
