Rural delight

Spent only one night here in a heatwave. The quiet, wooded situation is ideal, with neighbourhood walks an added delight. Huge number of bird varieties. Recently rebuilt house, of which Stéphane, the owner, is justifiably proud. Spotless modern accommodation (we were in Ecureuil) with all you can expect from a b&b. Terrace, garden with pétanque and vegetable patch, very nicely maintained. It being a Tuesday, restaurants are mostly shut but Stéphane booked one for us in Meteren, which was a great success. Magnificent breakfast with all kinds of local and homemade products. Private parking just outside, which was a great relief. Very good value and a lovely host.

Extraordinary experience. Recommend

Extraordinary welcome, kindness to my nonagenarian parents, delicious breakfast. Clean and welcoming room.
Thanks for everything. I recommend this place without reservations. Private parking is a real plus.
We will be back with pleasure.

A beautiful meeting

On the occasion of my 3/4 century (!), my wife surprised me to spend a night in this bed and breakfast.
Everything was perfect: the welcome, the availability of Stéphane, the history of the place told, the cleanliness, the breakfast very complete with good products, the description of the surroundings. Only a little sun was missing; but it is no one's fault; it was in our hearts...
In short, an excellent address to recommend.

Beautiful address

I highly recommend this address.
I stayed there for 3 weeks for professional reasons with table d'hôtes as a bonus.
Spacious room, comfortable bedding.
Quality breakfast.
Homemade dinner with garden products.
Stéphane is welcoming and always ready to help.

Exceptional

Very friendly and efficient welcome. Very well maintained establishment with careful decoration and comfortable rooms. The + an exceptional breakfast accompanied by a very pleasant fire, a moment spent with our son that we will keep in our good addresses to recommend. Thank you.
