Very friendly and helpful reception and the restaurant staff, everyone was so attentive, offering help before I even asked. Excellent condition and maintenance throughout the public areas and in the room where I stayed. Comfortable bed, and overall a perfect stay - thank you !!!

Very good place to stay
We were very happy with our stay at Inger Hotel, traveled with a 1,5 yo baby and even could stay for longer next time.
The location is very convenient, the staff are friendly and the rooms are clean. A special mention goes to the incredibly soft towels The hotel seemed to be quite full during our stay, but despite that, it was surprisingly quiet and peaceful. The secured parking is also a big plus if you’re travelling by car.
We booked a larger room with a big bathtub and a sauna. And when I say a big bathtub, I mean REALLY big It was perfect for relaxing in the evening or even in the morning. Also should be a swimming pool or a spa in some other building, but they offer even transfer
The breakfast was tasty with a good selection. They also have a lunch buffet, which is a nice and convenient option. Unfortunately didn’t try dinner, but it should be good too. Low price and all you can eat buffet, also there is an option to order separately, even sushi.
Overall, we had a very pleasant stay. Good location, friendly service, clean and quiet rooms and everything you need for a comfortable stay. We were very satisfied with our choice and would happily stay here again.
If you planning visit Narva, when it have some festivals or others activities, you should book much earlier, usually they fully booked.

Recommended hotel in the center of Narva
Centrally located hotel with a very fair price-performance ratio, especially when booking directly through the website. Rooms are of normal size, clean, beds are good, and the breakfast buffet is very good, freshly prepared on-site.

Disappointment
Unfortunately, the biggest disappointment was the sauna, which I specially ordered to relax after a long trip. I followed the instructions carefully, but I still didn't expect the sauna to heat up after 4 hours. The stones were lukewarm so I could hold my finger on them. At check-out, I asked for a refund of the extra payment for the sauna since I did not receive this service. But the staff only offered me a discount for my next visit, which didn't work for me. Another disappointment was the long black hair on the towel, bed sheet and mattress.

As soon as you informed our reception team at check-out, our staff immediately inspected the sauna. It was operating correctly and heating normally at the time of the inspection.
For the convenience of our guests, every private sauna is equipped with clear operating instructions located next to the heater. The heater has two controls: one is permanently set to the maximum temperature and should not be adjusted, while the second is used only to select the operating time.
If anything is unclear or assistance is needed, our reception team is available 24/7 and is always happy to help.
We also sincerely apologize for your comments regarding the hair you found on the towel, bed sheet and mattress. This is not the standard we strive to maintain, and your feedback has been shared with our housekeeping team for additional review.
