Bathroom amenities was limited, no cotton tips/wool & shower caps.
Greetings from staffs, porters should be automatic.

Absolutely terrible stay, from start to end. The electricity went out the first night at the hotel, and the elevators were out of service every night. The WiFi never worked. The food at the hotel restaurant was mediocre at best. The thermostat in the room was also set centrally — the room was far too warm. One of the worst hotel stays I’ve had in recent years. I would strongly recommend avoiding staying here.

The elevator had a wrong setting after their elevator electrical system maintenance, which forced me going down from the business lounge at 24 floor to the lobby and then back to 22 floor (where my room located). This building has dual usages — hotel rooms and commercial office. The elevator stopped at 24 floor let me in but I cannot use room key to have the elevator stop at 22 floor

The service of the hotel is what you will get from a 5 start hotel. The room looks a bit too old, and the amenities (TV, shower, hair dryer etc.) inside the room are quite outdated. There are many improvements the hotel can do to improve the customer staying experience. Overall, a good few days spent in this hotel.
