The hotel is being renovated. However the staff were very accomodating and helpfull!

Very nice hotel in general. I originally got it because it was so close to the entrance of jinfo mountain, but if you are only planning to go see the area for a day (which will be enough time) then it would honestly be better to book a hotel in town where there are services like didi and food delivery. The hotel itself was very clean and beautiful with friendly and helpfull staff who helped me to order a car when I could not order a didi. The room I stayed in was a bit cold and I wish the AC was stronger, but it wasn't the end of the world. In summary it was by no means a bad experience, but it was also not my best hotel/resort experience.

The front desk staff of the hotel is very warm and thoughtful. Although the room facilities are old, the service staff is good and ignored. Other problems occurred temporarily, and Ctrip customer service also solved them efficiently. Overall satisfied.
