I traveled to Chongqing on January 31, 2023. On the first day of my stay, my personal experience was very poor. The hotel is extremely dirty. I booked a deluxe single room. The top of the aisle in the room fell off. There were stains on three of the four pillows on the bed. It was disgusting. The toiletries were just a comb, not even a toothbrush. The waiter said that you can ask them for it. The stains on the public slippers are thicker than the fingernails. I couldn’t even eat the hot noodles. I took two eggs and left. The carpet in the room didn’t know how to describe it. The sound of the hot sale downstairs kept going in the middle of the night. I couldn’t rest. The room was too dirty. I drank tea on a stool all night. The service attitude was very good. Poor, when registering, the receptionist was playing with the mobile phone, very impatient, asked for the password, etc., the answer was the door card, presbyopia can't see it, I had no choice but to find help for doing business at the door, and then I asked her to talk about changing rooms, and wanted a bottle of water , As a result, the receptionist and the security guard were in the middle of a hot chat, ignored them, and finally answered, drinking water is sold outside, and asked everything to explain tomorrow, check out in the morning, finally understand, change, it does not need to do anything, in the morning The reception is not bad, we greet each other with a smile, and solve the problem, but I have decided to move to another place.
