Our stay was fantastic. Chris is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are big and very comfortable, The common rooms are a cozy space to relax when you want to take a break. And the location couldn't be better. Everything is a short walk away. I highly recommend The August Inn for your trip to Old Town Spring.

A wonderful Inn in a charming town - worth the stop in Spring, TX!

My husband and I stayed for two nights and absolutely loved everything about the Inn. It was first-class all the way—charming, welcoming, and incredibly comfortable. After reading about the nearby train, I requested the back room with the four-poster bed and beautiful peacock portrait, and it was perfect. The bathroom was spacious and lovely. Chris prepared a delicious breakfast both mornings and was so helpful in sharing information about this charming town filled with independent shops. The dining and sitting areas were cozy and inviting, with games, puzzles, wine glasses, and anything else you might need thoughtfully provided.
We found this historic Inn full of character, and the proximity to the train tracks added a fun quirk as we watched the trains go by. We were not bothered by the noise whatsoever. The location is fantastic, just around the corner from wonderful shops, bars, and restaurants. Highly recommend!

The place was beautifully clean, well-decorated and thoughtfully appointed. We had the entire place to ourselves, too. The bed was comfortable. The main areas were well-stocked with candies, teas, coffees, etc. I would definitely stay again!

Finally a place to stay in Old Town Spring! The August Inn is really nice. They've done a beautiful job renovating the building. Very comfortable rooms and beds. Plenty of gathering space in the living room and dining room area. Convenient parking right in front of the building. And only blocks away from all of the restaurants and shops in old town!

Had a wonderful stay at The August Inn once again! Owner is always super helpful and gave us tips and directions to great eateries in the area. Beautifully appointed rooms were so fitting of Old Town Spring; bed was SUPER comfy! Will definitely be back again for a family or girls weekend stay. It is across the train track and inconsistent but its in and out and was NOT a big deal.
