Seattle Central Business District is an easy 6-minute walk away and Neumos is also a quick 9-minute walk away. Check out other neighborhoods and see more of Seattle by hopping on a metro at either Broadway & Denny Stop, a short 8-minute walk away, or Broadway & Pine Stop, 9 minutes away. This vacation rental features a dining area and air conditioning. Enjoy the free WiFi and TV. Bathroom amenities include a hair dryer, free toiletries, and towels. Prepare a home-cooked meal in the kitchen, complete with an oven, a stovetop, and a refrigerator, as well as an espresso maker, an electric kettle, and a microwave. And you won't have to pack extra clothes, because you'll also have a washer/dryer. Other amenities include a free rollaway/extra bed, bed sheets, an ironing board, and heating.

The condo itself was spacious and clean. It had everything we needed except coffee filters. It was walkable to some good restaurants/breweries and bakeries as well. A good location in general, in a pretty quiet residential neighborhood in the heart of the city. I was pleasantly surprised at how safe it felt. There were some unhoused people living close by, but they did not make us feel threatened at all.
The listing noted that there is "on street parking" that is generally free, and that there was a Diamond garage "across the street." There was no onstreet parking available, and we had to lug our belongings approximately 2 blocks from a church parking lot, which we could pay to use because we didn't stay over a Sunday. The lot referred to in the listing was closed for construction. I would stay here again if I could take an Uber/Lyft. If I need to park a car, a standard hotel would be easier.

The AC hose was broken which made it almost impossible to keep the second floor apartment cool. The floors and counter were clean, but the walls in the bedroom need a scrub.
Overall not great but I will say the bed was incredibly comfortable.

This property was unacceptable. First of all, it's on the bottom/basement level of an apartment building and quite difficult to access due to steep and uneven walkways. But that would be easy to look past if the space itself looked and felt even remotely as advertised. When we walked in, it smelled bad, and we soon found out why. There were fresh coffee stains on the counter, dirty dishes (old cereal) in the sink, used and wet towels in the kitchen and bathroom, and the floors were filthy. The interior was run down (damaged walls, broken moldings), and there was a large hole in a door next to the bed that presumably led to some kind of garage (the door was locked). The space was advertised as able to sleep 4, with a queen bed and a fold-out couch. There was indeed a queen bed, but the fold-out couch barely expanded to a twin size bed. The door to the outside "courtyard" had a busted lock. Needless to say, we left immediately. Hotels.com was professional and generously offered us a full refund plus a little extra for our troubles. However, I wanted to leave a review in case they don't take down this property. A warning to all: DO NOT RESERVE THIS SPACE.

Positives: The apartment is well located in the vibrant Capitol Hill area with many excellent restaurants and good access to Downtown, grocery store and the Seattle Centre via public transport.
The bed was comfortable and linens were clean. WiFi and TV were good.
Negatives: Check-in was awful. I had not been sent the access codes. It took 2 phone calls, various messages and 45 minutes to get in.
The apartment was not very clean. The oven was filthy! It took 3 days messaging with 3 different agents for housekeeping to come and clean it. The venetian blinds were broken and very dirty.
The hot-air heating was noisy and ineffective as the building is very poorly insulated. There was no heating at all in the bathroom.
The shower pressure was barely more than a trickle
The sofa in the lounge area was so uncomfortable that we had to use pillows and a duvet to sit on.
Access to the apartment is via an external and internal staircase which was difficult with luggage and would not be suitable for anyone with mobility issues.
This is the second time we have stayed in an apartment managed by Hosteeva. On both occasions we have had maintenance and communication issues. We would not stay with them again.
