Lala is the goat

The front desk person named Lala was a great help to me and answered all my questions perfectly; she made my stay even better. She is very charming and fine as hell.

Do not stay here!!!

This place needs some serious work. It is now a Country Inn and Suites. I would not suggest anyone staying at this location. It seems like no improvements were made to the hotel when it was taken over. I stayed here for a conference and upon check in was told that the elevator was broken, so I would have to use the stairs. In the room, there has not been hot water the entire time I was there. On top of that, the shower had the lowest pressure I have ever seen. The water came out of the shower head like a water hose that was barely on. The WiFi in the rooms went out my second day and never came back on, so you couldn’t stream movies on Netflix or Prime. I called the front desk to make them aware and they already knew about it. Their solution was to tell me that there was still WiFi for the TVs in the lobby. ‍♂️. I guess everyone is supposed to hang out in the lobby to watch a movie. All the hallways smell old and moldy….and they are about 85 degrees at all times.

A Dump: Smells & Trash

The worst place I've ever stayed, in life!!! The smells emanating from pillows with other people's perspiration; toilet smelled like an outhouse; damp mell greets you when entering the room. Poor housekeeping: shower & sink littered with other people's hair; floors in bath with mysterious liquid; floor in sleep area has filmy crud, and in need of vacuuming... Need remodel: sofa & bed fabric tattered and torn; desk/table looks like yard sale finds... rust bleeding thru piss-poor-paint job... Booked as Courtyard facility, but upon arrival, the name on the building is Country Inns & Suites... You go figure??? A Dump with the smells and trash to boot!

Nice staff but shabby hotel

Really nice staff bur hotel needs a remodel. The staff was great but between the rusty shower, the broken outlets, the heavy smell of cleaning products, the water stained ceilings- the hotel is not in great shape. Also, the breakfast options are terrible and coffee was $5. I will give the staff great reviews but definitely won't pick this location again.

Great experience

I stayed here for 10 days for Business. Everything about the experience was top notch. The food at the restaurant and the accommodations I received from Parithorn and Will at the front desk(also top notch). My room was clean and shower pressure and heat were good. I will stay at this hotel again.
