Very nice, clean and comfortable room with kitchen utensils, which made our stay more comfortable. I will definitely like to stay there next time!

Nice accommodation, but poor handling of lost items

First, the positive. The rooms have been newly renovated. The bed and the sofa bed were very comfortable. Everything was clean. It also has a nice pool and parking spaces right in front of the building.
The negative part was unfortunately the way I was treated as a guest, or rather, how lost items were handled. I left my expensive headphones behind and contacted the hotel via email. At first, they wanted to send them to me, then suddenly this was no longer possible. I even organized someone to pick them up. On-site, they then said they were no longer there, even though it had been confirmed for weeks beforehand that they were there and the person drove there from Fort Lauderdale specifically on the weekend. Following my complaint, I received no further response at all. Something like that is not customer-friendly. Especially since I would have covered all costs. Therefore, no better rating is possible for me.

Wonderful find

We stayed at this location for one night on 6/23 to be with our son in Florida for a surgical procedure. What a wonderful find online! More like a airbnb location. Communication via messaging worked great - thankfully I found their messages under my junk folder within an hour of our arrival! Our room was nicely remodeled. You can tell this use to be a older motor lodge, but the family that owns this property has done a wonderful job of improvements. We noticed several nice seating areas outside, our room was very clean and comfortable. Truly appreciate the information provided on how to go to the beach from this location. We enjoyed the walk, and was blessed to see a green sea turtle return to the ocean the day of our departure. If we have need to be in the Boca Raton area again, if this property is available we will be booking it!

We had a wonderful stay at Ocean Lodge! The location is excellent, just steps from the beach and close to everything we needed. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was friendly, attentive, and always willing to help.
We especially appreciated how quickly the team responded when there was a temporary power outage in the area. They kept guests informed and resolved everything exactly when promised, which made us feel well taken care of.
Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable experience. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Ocean Lodge to anyone visiting Boca Raton!

The room was clean and fresh and the bed was comfortable, but the laundry room and the vending room needs some major attention, I experienced a power outage that wasn't there fault but the it was out for about 6 hours with no compensation
