The Crabtree & Evelyn toiletries are wonderful; the shower had great water pressure and immediate hot water. Everything in our room was well-stocked and in good working order. The blackout curtains helped with a good night’s sleep, along with very comfortable beds and pillows.
We appreciated the warm chocolate chip cookies upon arrival and the water bottles in the room.
Our granddaughter enjoyed the lovely pool and the hot tub was perfect after a long day of driving.
The staff were friendly and efficient.
Our stay was 10/10.

Everything was great, but my AC rattled/popped really loudly about every 45 seconds all night long which prevented me from getting good sleep.

Breakfast was good but the hot food was cold. When you have to pay for breakfast I expect it to be at least warm. We were not the last to eat so it was not the case of the last coming thru the line

The room was clean but all the towels I had for a 4 day stay was all dingy I ended up going to nearby Walmart getting some towels … the cleaning staff was rude even denied taking my trash saying it was my last day I need to leave when I explained to her that I paid for an extra day she then took my trash … bed was good even though they don’t use fitted sheets so I was constantly adjusting the bed covers

Breakfast at $15 a guest is more than the average diner. The room we initially got placed in smelled horrible. They moved our room and it still had a urine odor but we bought air freshener and dealt with it to avoid moving rooms again. The lobby had a bucket in the middle of the walkway. There was not fresh coffee or water in the lobby like most hotels. Pool hot tub did not work . There were no towels In the pool at 730am this morning. Not a hotel I’d choose to stay at again
