Gourmet and ski.

Traditional hotel with very nice and friendly service, exceptional restoration good skiroom and good spa
Very good central location.

Lovely hotel - spacious, clean and traditionally Austrian. Great location in the centre of town - close to the slopes and main lifts. Staff were all super friendly and helpful.
The hotel spa is great but just a shame they only turn on the saunas etc in the afternoon so you don’t have the option to use them pre-skiing in the morning.

Nice Hotel, Could easily be improved.

Nice hotel, comfy rooms, good boot room and ski access. Let down by the half board dinning room, which lacks atmosphere and certainly feels more like an all inclusive buffet than a restuarant. It is not the traditional wooden panneled affair you'd expect in a traditonal Austrian hotel. They could easily improve it by turning the lights down and adding candles to the tables for example - we asked the waitress to turn the lights down and she agreed it was bright, but couldn't do anything. Also the fact they watched the last table have the salad buffet (usually us) and then started clearing it away at 8.31pm was dissapointing, as you couldn't go back and getm more if you wanted to, 9pm would be a more reasonable time to close it.

So close to the slopes, shopping and dining. Old world charm with all the modern amenities. Staff were fabulous and food was superb. We will be returning to this property.

Many good but also bad experiences

Very nice hotel friendly helpful staff. Excellent breakfast only a pity with dinner that they follow the pack and you can't choose an Austrian dish every night lifjes you get tired quickly, then the running and screaming children in the dining room makes it certainly not a 4 star experience. Supervision of the wellness part is also bad because of this a lot of people do not follow the rules. Too bad a gym is missing

We would like to apologize if our dinner didn't meet your expectations. We serve a daily changing 4-course menu with 3 choices of main course and haven't had any complaints about that yet. We will discuss this matter with our service and kitchen team to improve ourselves.
In our hotel families are very welcome and therefor there are kids in our hotel during vacation periods.
