Ask for more information when checking in. If you travel by car, you can park in a parking zone. You won’t have to leave your pet at home as they are allowed. There are other services available for the guests of the hotel. For example, a laundry and ironing. Escape weekend

The place is really nice,everything nice an clean! Is same as is on the picture.. The host is really nice and helpful,she give us some tips for some restaurants...It was good checking in and also the checkout-easy and fast!
Walking distance from the city center, bus station ,train..
We had all what we needed ,definitely for recommendations!

Very comfortable and functional

I spent five nights in the ‘orange’ studio with balcony while attending a conference in the Graz Congress centre, and the studio was perfect for my needs. The bed was confortable, the WiFi worked well, the kitchenette was well equipped and the large windows onto the balcony gave an additional sense of space. These studios are in a quiet residential street in the inner suburbs so getting into town requires a bit of effort but there is a bus stop nearby and the studio is within walking distance of the Congress centre. Overall, very happy with my choice, and great value for money too.

Modern and tidy apartment in a quiet residential area

The owner of the house lives downstairs and has upstairs four rooms that he rents out. We spent two nights at the room facing the garden. It was modern, well-equipped and very tidy incl. the bathroom. For us it is always important to have a good bathroom and a shower that works well and in this respect we were fully satisfied.
There is a Nespresso machine in the room and capsules ready to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning - very considerate. Also the owner had kindly equipped the room with lots of brochures on Graz and its surroundings so there was no need to go to the tourist information downtown.
The house located in a quiet residential area about three kilometers from the centre. We had a car so for us the location was fine.
The only problem we encountered had to do with the lack of air-conditioning. I am normally not keen to use air-con but during the time of our visit the temperatures were 30 C and above and even with the windows open at night it was too hot to sleep. Perhaps the heat had also affected the old lady in the neighboring house: when I had a shower on Saturday night at 10.30 pm she started yelling on her balcony how we would have to close the window while showering because otherwise she could sleep…I wonder what she would have done if we had played music or watched TV?! LOL!
In any case at the end of our visit we felt we got good value for the money - even if adding an extra 50 EUR on top of the room charge for cleaning did seem to us rather high…!

Fast wie zu Hause

War beruflich in Graz unterwegs und hab mal statt den üblichen Hotels dieses Appartment ausprobiert - eine sehr gute Entscheidung. Das Appartment war sehr gut ausgestattet - es gibt eine Kochstelle, Geschirr, Kühlschrank, Geschirrspüler und eine Nespresso Maschine. Die Einrichtung ist ansprechend modern, den Fernseher kann man zum Arbeiten auch als 2. Monitor verwenden (HDMI-Anschluss). Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend - in 10 Minuten ist man mit dem Auto im Zentrum.Falls ich wieder mal in Graz zu tun habe werde ich wieder hier buchen - es ist ganz einfach großzügiger als vergleichbare Hotel - aus meiner Sicht auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert!

Sehr ruhig, aber das Zentrum schnell erreichbar

Sehr ruhiges Zimmer, sehr modernes Studio! Vermieter sehr freundlich! Öffis in ca. 10 min Fußmarsch erreichbar! Graz eine sehr schöne Stadt, sehr empfehlenswert zur Vorweihnachtszeit! Tolle Christkindlmärkte!
