Hell disguised as an hotel

Complete fraud. No watter in the tabs at night, elevator doesnt work, blood stamps on the sheets, mold fruits at breakfast, no ac in the second room and the list goes on and on. Spend one nigt (dont ask why) and fled from this nightmare.
Stay away from this trap.

Not recommended.

The hotel isn't bad but I wouldn'tgo back. Its clean, pretty new. The location isn't the best and the parking lot is too small for the amount of rooms. There was only 1 A/C unit for our family suite which had 2 rooms. I had to go buy a fan for the kids room as it was way too hot. The breakfast is included but below average. The clerk was excellent and very helpful.

Nicht buchen - unlauterere methoden

First, the only positive thing: The rooms are nice. When we arrived, we were told that our two double rooms were unavailable due to storm damage. The hotel offered us two alternative rooms, which cost a total of 86 euros more for the two nights. They were triple rooms, which the four of us didn’t need, and one had an ocean view. Since we had no other choice, we agreed. One room was available immediately, but the second one wouldn't be ready until around 2:00 p.m. (according to the reservation, check-in was at 1:00 p.m.) We had to move the cleaning buckets that were standing right in front of the room to enter. However, the room was obviously not ready yet; there was no soap, no shower gel, and, most importantly, no towels or shower mats. When we asked if we could have some towels, we were told that there probably weren’t any more available today. Later, we were assured several times that a new shipment was due to arrive any minute. In the end, we didn’t see two complete sets of towels for the rest of our stay, nor did we see any of the other missing items. The hotel’s Wi-Fi didn’t work for half a day. We had to go out of our way to ask for all the information - from how to access the hotel at night to breakfast times - because it wasn’t available and wasn’t given at the check-in. There were no fire safety regulations, and the emergency exits weren’t marked. Breakfast: Generally not very extensive, though it was okay. The bread was either crumbly, the others thing must have been French toast before being carbonized completely. When a slice of melon fell to the floor, it wasn't cleared away; instead, they were watching until it was dispersed on the floor. The filter coffee was kept warm using a water boiler, an interesting technique, but ours was already cold by the time we filled it to the brim, making it impossible to carry. CONCLUSION: There’s certainly room for improvement in the service, but trying to talk someone into booking a more expensive room when they’re in a bind is a no-go - so it’s best not to book here.
