Very good location, hotel with elevator, room was spacious and staffs are nice and helpful.

Nice location and cute little hotel. But in some need of restauration. Also very hot in the room with no AC.

If you enjoy cold showers, this is the place for you.

The hotel has aged. We had no hot water. The breakfast was mediocre. The breakfast room (tinted windows, light shaft) was overcrowded and uncomfortable. Our room had a view of a wall, and there were plenty of pigeons in the light shaft.

Wir bedauern sehr, dass du negative Erfahrungen machen musstest, insbesondere was das fehlende warme Wasser betrifft. Das ausfallende Warmwasser ist einem Vorfall an der Heizung an diesem Wochenende geschuldet aber keinesfalls dauerhaft. Wir möchten uns entschuldigen, dass ihr dadurch in eurem Komfort eingeschränkt gewesen seid.
Auch, dass das Frühstück und die Atmosphäre im Frühstücksraum nicht überzeugen konnten, ist Schade zu lesen. Unser Haus ist ein denkmalgeschütztes Gebäude und bietet somit einen eigenen Charme. Unsere Zimmer zum Innenhof gelegen haben den Vorteil sehr ruhig gelegen zu sein. Die nach vorne ausgerichteten Zimmer hingegen haben den bestechend tollen Ausblick auf die Innenstadt. Wenn dies euren Geschmack mehr getroffen hätte, dürfen gerne Präferenzen bei der nächsten Buchung genannt werden.

Overall, OK

Hotel in a historic building, right in the central square of the city, opposite the cathedral, immediately behind it starts the main street with a fahwerk. The room is small, but quite cozy. The patio windows, so it was very quiet. There is a minibar that can be used as a fridge. Regular German breakfast (already included in the room price), quite full for the start of the day. The friendly staff. Marked a few downsides, so lowered the score. No kettle, still could use a 3*. The bed is very hard, someone might be uncomfortable. There was a problem with the shower hose, reported at reception, hopefully fixed. In general, a pleasant clean hotel with an ideal location, suitable for business trips or exploring the city. The town of Celle itself is magnificent.
