Charming farm in Tuscany

Immersed in the green heart of Tuscany, this charming farm enjoys spectacular views.
Beautiful swimming pool and all adjacent spaces where you can rest in nature, relax and sunbathe. Very large house furnished in typical Tuscan style. Daniele and Silvia were very welcoming and comprehensive in all explanations. Highly recommended.

Charming farmhouse in Tuscany

My recent experience in this lovely farmhouse in Tuscany was very pleasant. The farm offers a perfect retreat for those seeking a relaxing break immersed in the beauty of the Tuscan countryside.
The apartment I stayed in was very large and beautifully furnished with antique furniture that gives an authentic and characteristic charm to the environment. Every detail of the furniture has been carefully chosen, creating a welcoming and refined atmosphere.
The pool, large and well equipped, was a real paradise. Equipped with umbrellas, deck chairs, mattresses and even a table tennis table, it offered entertainment and relaxation for the whole family.
An element that made the stay even more special was the hospitality of the owner. Very kind and always available, he made available everything we needed, making us feel at home. His dedication to ensuring a perfect stay for his guests is evident in every aspect of the farm.
In conclusion, this farm is a real jewel of Tuscany. The combination of comfortable and charming accommodation, excellent facilities and impeccable hospitality makes this place a place I would recommend without hesitation.

Wonderful Week!

Our family of 4 had a wonderful stay at Podere La Capacciola in the Ulivo apartment. We found the apartment comfortable and loved the old farm buildings. The building and grounds are tended to with care and attention. The swimming pool is exceptionally wonderful and large enough for lap swimming. It also has fabulous views toward the open landscape. Daniele and Silvia were very helpful and kind. We were presented with their delicious olive oil upon arrival. They also offered suggestions of places to dine locally that did not disappoint. From the small front terrace, I took my early morning café and sketched the Tuscan landscape spreading out beyond us. The air conditioning was a nice bonus and the Wi-Fi was great too. This was a perfect location for venturing out to the many lovely hill towns from our Singlunga base. Thank you for a lovely holiday!

Wonderful stay in Tuscany

We had a wonderful stay at Podere La Capacciola in the little town of Sinalunga. The apartment was nice, with two big bedrooms, and there are aircondition units in both bedrooms as well as the living room. The owner has done a good job in refurbishing the apartment to a good standard, yet maintaining the qualities of an old Tuscan country house. The farm is well preserved, with the old buildings intact. The farm is about 100 years old, and they still have a small production of fantastic olive oil to this date. In one of the buildings they used to make/dry tobacco. The atmosphere of the place is great, and the surrounding area very beautiful. The swimmingpool is perfect, and as there are only two apartments, so it will never get crowded. The owner, Daniele, is very helpful and kind. Sinalunga itself is a small, sleepy town and absolutely not crowded with tourists. There are some good restaurants, and we especially recommend Cirifò for pizzas and pasta (there is a shortcut to get there on foot but perhaps not in the dark). Sinalunga is ideally situated for day trips to Siena, Florence and the beautiful smaller villages and towns in the area. We highly recommend Podere La Capacciola and we will surely come back to stay another time Thank you very much Daniele for your kindness and hospitality. Greetings from Norway.

Amazing 12 days

We stayed here for 12 days and it was great! The agriturismo is located in an renovated old farm. The host still uses this farm and makes olive oil from trees in the surrounding fields. This gives the place a really nice atmosphere. More information below.

Nearby some really good restaurant/pizzerias and close to a supermarket. Also located in the middle of some touristic hotspots (Florence, Siena, Assisi...)

+ Free WiFi (Mostly in the kitchen, see negatives)
+ Cat
+ Dishwasher
Negatives:
-- Hard beds
- Poor WiFi connection in most rooms
- Quality of furniture (Things break easily)
Notes:
This is a new agriturismo and has it's negatives but I think the positives far outweigh the negatives. The host is investing heavily on this place and I predict prices will go up once the remaining two apartments are finished. I would recommend this to everyone.
