Youthful and welcoming atmosphere

I am a girl from None and for my wedding we had to look for suitable rooms to host our friends and relatives from outside the region.
They kindly reserved the hotel almost completely for us.
Excellent organization and super kind in satisfying our every need.
Abundant breakfast and always available.

They begin by saying on arrival no one present at the reception after long waiting arrived the owner / manager (Chinese) who pointed out that the room was not yet available
After about 1 hour we climbed on foot as broken elevator - destroyed
Cold room even if they had placed an electric stove entrance door of the room glass with broken handle and did not close well bathroom with broken door and non-existent toilet cover
Anyway left the luggage we left back in the evening around 23.30 we found ourselves with many people stationed nearby as there is a betting center little lighting and no one at the reception with open door
Up in the room there was a strong stench of smoke throughout the structure and shouts came down again at the reception to look for someone is to report but I could not find anyone while always near the entrance and precisely under the porch there were people drinking smoked and shouted
Back in the room I decided to go away and sleep in the car
I point out that the holder demanded payment before going up to the room and precisely € 180 for three nights.

This hotel was a pleasant surprise

We stay at the hotel with my son's water polo team for two nights. The group was made up of 33 people including players and parents. The reviews we read had scared us a little but in reality we found extreme kindness and helpfulness. They reserved almost all their rooms for us and followed our needs related to the rather particular times for participation in the national tournament. Excellent and plentiful breakfast, lunch, snack and dinner. Super friendly owner. Some rooms need some updating or tidying up. Satisfied.

Not well

I was made to pay €5 more than in Booking when it is usually the opposite. Payment on arrival, not on departure. I was not given a receipt or receipt.
Corner room with two sides facing a noisy street.

Cute, in need of renovation......

Nice structure, with work to do. My room needed some sprucing up! I reported everything to the owner, who was very kind and helpful. All the staff are fantastic, the strong point of the structure!!!! They are all smiling and kind!!!
