Fantastic.

The food was quite good, absolutely incredible hotel and breakfast and workers. There was also a staff called Sandy who was really nice and nice girl who really took care of us. We are happy to appreciate her service and will be happy to return

Lack of understanding, service and knowledge.

We traveled here to sleep one night on our journey to Skåne. In the restaurant we were greeted by a full-booked restaurant, where we were told that all tables were booked - despite the fact that there were several tables available. We asked if it was possible to eat the food in the lounge, which we were refused - and were therefore further referred to our rooms to eat the food. This meant we had to pick up the food ourselves in the restaurant, bring it to the room, then eat four pieces on a small desk with only one chair. After this we had to carry out the plates ourselves, where we were confirmed that the tables that were vacant earlier - were still unused. Two beers were bought for the meal, one of which was tam. When this was appealed in the bar, the bartender responded by "filling" the already tamed beer.
Furthermore we still had to pay full price for the buffet to eat it in the room.
The internet thus did not work, and our parents got a completely different room than booked when the door did not work to the original. The room they got was of much worse standard and very dirty.
The gym was small and outdated, and you also had to pick up the key in the reception to access. Parking costs money, which is strange in such a remote space. For comparison, Scandic Luleå offers free parking.
It is also worth noting that there is listening at the hotel, we could hear steps from the floor above and doors that were closed.
The only positive thing to say about this hotel was the playrooms, and yet the only reason they get two stars.
Finally, I would like to say that it is not the staff itself that is responsible for these problems, as the reasons probably lie in poor staffing, poor training and ignorant management. Much indicates poor organizational culture.

Lovely hotel with electric car options.

The stay with one of the best beds one has slept in. Reception and service as well as breakfast buffet is nothing to say about. If you drive an electric car it is also not a problem, either at the hotel or fast chargers right across the street. Old town, a lot to see. :)

Perfect for conferences at Elmia Conference center

This hotel is next door to the big conference center in Jönköping - and sure the place to stay if you join a multiple day course there.
The environment around the hotel is not interesting, so if you wish to explore the city, you should not stay at this hotel. Reception is fine, waiting area in entrance is fine. there is good WiFi and rooms are quite OK - but small. Small bathrooms. Breakfast is very good - at normal Scandic level.

Good hotel at the fair

The hotel is a regular Scandic - nothing special. The gym is quite ok but small, it is a smaller hotel gym with weights, dumbbells, ngn pull machine and treadmill. More than three in there, it's gonna be crowded.
Food OK, Room cleaned.
Here you stay for the elmia fair or a conference.
Grade 5 is given for the staff. Service minded, creates great guest - service interactions. Great staff!
Then if you have an appointment, it is a good idea to go down to the water and go after the shoreline.
