Conveniently set in the centre of Southern Mallorca's popular Santa Ponsa resort, this apartment complex lies just 70 metres from the sunny beaches, and has its own outdoor pool.

Sun beach promoted
The room was nice and spacious, while the kitchen, although small, was functional. The shower, however, should be reviewed: the water pressure was low and the hot water was slow to arrive, depending on the time. In addition, there was no soundproofing.

Freat place,too noisy surround
The locationg is great ,close to everything.With a choice of 4 bars,one at reception,one pool bar,Bloody Marys,And Sun Burgers all the same complex.We found Bloody Marys the best place to eat ,all the staff are very friendley ,Joseph was great .The reception and cleaning staff are advising you of cleaning rooms and trips away.Room was spottless.We required 2 low floor apartments together due to disabled family.Got second floor....I would not say its great for children,pool bit small,and its nousy at night from groups.Could hear a number of arguments with people around in other rooms.We had a group of men below us at back of a restaurant (staff)drinking till after 4am.Bottle bins are noisy ,pubs empty into large bins around 3 then bin men at 4am...This is NOT the Sun Beach fault.As i said loved the place ,but no good if yr disabled on low floors.

Great place to stay
This was our 2nd visit to Sunbeach and we cannot really fault it. Reception staff are great, great location for beach (across the rd) restaurants, bars, snacks, Eroski supermarket 2mins away for your waters/ juices for room fridge, also Arthur’s off licence 2mins away for Bacardi breezers/beers etc, best prices, my only comments for improvement would be the table tennis and snooker/pool table should be under cover somewhere so they can utilised more, maybe over near the bar with a canopy over them. I also heard a woman sitting at the pool saying she struggled to get in and out the pool with the metal steps so it would be good idea to think of adding a step to walk into the pool? I thought of bringing my mum on holiday here too and this is only thing that would stop me as she would struggle too, it’s probably an easy thing to address? Never any problem getting sunbeds here, poolside is spotless and always being cleaned, bar staff at pool- one young girl who always played Oasis was very nice and nothing was any trouble, the other staff member not happy if you want drinks close to bar closing time, a lot of sighing( it was only a couple of strawberry daiquiris from the machine?) then as soon as drinks put down the shutters were thrown down. Overall this is a great place to stay, so central, clean.

Family relaxation.
Located in an excellent position, the beach is reachable in 2 minutes on foot and close to shops.
There were 5 of us, and we had 2 adjacent apartments on the 6th floor with a sea view.
The only downside is that they do not have a coffee machine and the soap in the shower is not suitable for hair.
The reception staff were kind, especially Marta!!

Great place to stay thank
Honest review
Great 4 day break with my friend .
On arrival we were made very welcome by the lovely receptionist from Poland! The room was spacious and clean with a lovely sea view and the aircon was the best I’ve had here in Santa ponsa and I’ve been quite a few times !
Rooms cleaned and towels changed every second day.
The location is perfect right in the middle of Santa ponsa with everything on your doorstep and we didn’t find it noisy at all.
We had a lovely full English every morning at Bloody Marys literally just outside the hotel.
I think after all my visits here I’ve found my favourite place to stay thank you sun beach ❤️
