Recommended in Benidorm
Stayed week . Corner room 2301 , top floor , beautiful view , beautiful terrace with sunbeds , table and 2 chairs . ( this period no added value due to too strong cold winds )
Very good mattress that we can compare with our TEMPUR at home.
Frigo and kettle . Safe in room to be paid separately. Separate shower and bath. Room with heating , yet in no other hotel should experience .S'winters and in spring VERY BIG plus.
Large swimming pool , sun loungers and fixed parasols .
Also small heated indoor pool. Food is adequate , Definitely breakfast . Lunch and dinner could be better, including meat choices, but you won't starve. Definitely return on next Benidorm visit. Friendly service and friendly staff.
Named full board now , but not really necessary as there are enough resto/bistros nearby . You're sitting on a playa with 10 dozen catering establishments. Bus stop at 50 m .
Gluten-free bread every morning (on request)

Het is met name fijn om uw positieve feedback te lezen over de kwaliteit van het matras, de kamerfaciliteiten en de verwarming – een service die, zoals u al aangaf, zeer gewaardeerd wordt tijdens de koudere maanden.
We zijn ook blij dat u genoten heeft van onze zwembaden, de toplocatie van het hotel en de attente service van ons personeel. Dat u van plan bent om in de toekomst terug te keren naar Benidorm is zonder twijfel de beste erkenning die we kunnen krijgen.
We stellen uw opmerkingen over de lunch- en dinermenu's ook zeer op prijs. We hechten veel waarde aan dit soort feedback, omdat het ons helpt om ons culinaire aanbod te blijven verbeteren en aan te passen aan de verwachtingen van onze gasten.

Fantastic hotel in a beautiful place
Fantastic hotel in a great place. All rooms face the sea! Breakfast great. Dinner fine. Not always what we liked but everything fresh and replenished on time. Staff super friendly.
Cots by the pool do need replacing. Are all sagging!

Good hotel, nice spacious room with nice view, clean towels every day, bed made and room cleaned. Daily rich breakfast buffet with plenty of choice as well as dinner. Too bad there was also a towel plague here in the morning, seats are taken and no show. Frustrating! Also the hygiene at the pool was not top (overcrowded trash cans, garbage between the plants etc...)
Very helpful and friendly staff. However, I needed a prescription and instead of giving the phone number of the Belgian doctor (Dr Hilde Buyse) (at 10min v/h hotel) I was told that she was working with Dr Antonio from the Hospital Clinica Benidorm, not helped but having to pay € 176.40. I thought this was a mistake by a hotel clerk on duty at the time. Too bad.

Exceptional hotel, save and the worst food in the dining room. Repetitive and is from a 4/5 star hotel. It would be a 2-star. For what you lag to eat, you can eat out. The rest location, personal hotel, cafeteria a 10
