Really impressive
The hotel itself was very clean. Location was perfect, not far from the Eiffel Tower and had plenty to see around it as well as places to eat and drink. The room was more than enough for our stay, top floor corner room with a brilliant view of our surroundings, staff were very polite and welcoming. Good value for money. Me and my partner really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come again!!

very very bad
I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was extremely disappointing.
On February 27, I made a reservation through the hotel’s booking system. However, I never received a confirmation email and there was no clear payment confirmation. Thinking that the reservation had failed, I emailed the hotel the same day to ask whether my booking had gone through.
Unfortunately, I didn’t receive any reply until March 3, the day I was traveling. By then, I had already made a second reservation on February 28, because this time I immediately received a confirmation email and everything looked normal. Naturally, I believed the first booking had not been completed.
On March 2, the hotel contacted me saying my payment had failed for the second booking and sent me a payment link. I paid immediately because I didn’t want to risk losing my accommodation.
After returning home, on March 7, I realized that I had actually been charged twice. I contacted the hotel immediately and explained the situation, asking for a refund for the first reservation since I had never received a confirmation email for it.
The hotel ignored my emails. Only after my friend in France called them several times did they finally reply on March 16, claiming that I had booked two rooms and therefore had to pay for both.
The problem is that I never received a confirmation email for the first reservation, despite contacting the hotel myself to ask whether it had been successfully booked. If I had received the confirmation as expected, I obviously would never have made a second reservation.
I replied the same day to explain this, and I sent several follow-up emails over the next month. None of them received any response. My friend had to call the hotel four or five times just to get any communication at all.
Mistakes can happen, but completely ignoring a customer’s emails and refusing to communicate is unacceptable. The lack of customer service was even more disappointing than the booking issue itself.
I cannot recommend this hotel based on my experience, and I would not stay here again.

Wonderful city, great hotel
We recently stayed at the Korner Tour Eiffel for a week, returning home on May 12.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The staff was wonderful and helpful in every way. The location was perfect for our first visit to Paris. All of the major attractions are located within a 20-30 minute walk, the Metro station is close and so are many cafes,patisseries and shopping areas. Our only minor complaint was the breakfast, limited choice and we felt that the price was too high . We loved the location and service and will probably be back to Paris in the near future.

Unhappy with the roof even breakfast

Unhappy with the breakfast, which was included. Take yourself between 7 and 11. Already at 9 a.m., there was a shortage of plates, cutlery and coffee cups. The dishwasher was filled, but not finished running and the laundry was running with dirty dishwasher.

The location was fantastic since it was so centrally located to many attractions. I mostly walked and used the metro a couple of times.
The room was functional but could be bigger. The shower and toilet need to be walled off from the rest of the room. I don’t think two people could sleep in the room since it’s not enclosed and wouldn’t be pleasant.
I like that they offered coffee and tea, but it would be nice if they had a coffee maker and kettle in the rooms. Also, I looked at the breakfast and I’m glad that I didn’t pay 14 euros for it. There are so many better options.
Overall, it was the location and functionality of the room that supported my rating. Since I traveled solo this time, it met my needs. If I brought my family, we would have selected another hotel.
