Nice staff and great location!
Very friendly staff. OK breakfast. Excellent location. The lady who worked at breakfast was always happy and baked a delicious cake with almonds, eggs and banana.
Breakfast was ok, missing some parts. I'm afraid we had room on the first floor. It was quite noisy from the other guests who took the stairs up to their rooms.
It was clean at the hotel. The staff and location make the hotel a great stay in Nice.

I really would love to say it was a brilliant stay but it wasn’t!
I want to be positive, I really do because the staff are very attentive to the best of their ability.
We stayed for 7 nights - it is not an hotel equipped for guests for this length of time.
For me on this occasion it wasn’t the best stay at an hotel we have had. I’d booked a superior room with outside balcony and this was arranged. However, I had to choose between a substandard double room with hardly no room and a very small bathroom which isn’t photographed and shown on their website, if I wanted the outside sitting area. After my surgery, the outside area was more important (maybe a bad idea in the end because it was a week of heatwave and the balcony got the afternoon blazing hot sun, so we couldn’t sit till later in the evening). This upset me a lot and I felt stressed throughout my stay. On top of this we had to pay an extra €140 for the privilege. Staff offered two bottles of beer and some nibbles for my ‘upset’. There was a small fridge under the dressing table, you couldn’t actually sit at because there was no mirror and had a lamp and kettle on top. There was no ‘minibar’ has stayed on the description.
The bathroom had a corner shower with sink directly next to it and toilet squashed opposite next to the door - no room to swing a cat in here! There was no drawers and only a few coat hangers (they did give us some extra, when we asked - so not such a big deal).
The breakfast was nice enough, if you could access it, all was put mostly on the back wall and tables around it made it difficult to manoeuvre around if people were already sat there. Some mornings it was so busy it was unbearable.
No mention of any relaxation room that other reviews have mentioned, where we could get a coffee, hot chocolate and brioche!
The good part of the hotel, its was in an excellent location for reaching the sights and restaurants of Nice itself and the train station to travel for days out to Cannes, Antibes and Monte Carlo/Monaco which we did.
They did allow me to keep our room a little longer on check out day - due to me needing rest and a shower before our return flight - that was very nice of them to do.

Lovely stay in Nice
Stayed in Nice and Hotel Florence to celebrate my friends 40th birthday and enjoy some holiday. What a lovely Hotel, loved everything about it. Lovely room, comfortable beds, clean, great location and kind and very serviceminded staff, all of the ones we met and especially Yoana and Hanna. Would recommend this Hotel to everyone. And I Will absolutely stay here again if I’m lucky enough to Come to Nice again!

Great hotel in great location!
The hotel was very centrally located near the tram stop at Jean Medecin, from the airport. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was lovely. The room was very comfortable and we were well looked after. We visit Nice almost every year and we will definitely stay here again.

Fantastic service and great location
We loved our stay in Nice! The service was incredibly caring. We got a great room upgrade for just $40. The staff truly saved me at night by providing ice when I had a sudden, severe toothache. They also made my boyfriend’s birthday special by beautifully decorating our room and gifting us champagne! Special thanks to Hanna, Yoana, and Maria for their outstanding hospitality.
The only downside: there is no complimentary water in the rooms, and the vending machine only accepts coins. Since we didn't have coins at night, we couldn't buy any water. Card payment for the machine or a bottle in the room would make this place perfect. Highly recommend!
