Absolutely adequate stay, especially for the price.
Look don't confuse this with a "nice" motel. This is a cheap, rundown, doin' the best they can with what they have kind of place.
That said, the room was clean, the mini-fridge was ice cold, the parking lot felt safe, and the front desk was very kind and helpful. The wifi was good enough for me to do work video calls, and the AC kept the room at a perfect temp. There were built in sockets and USB ports for charging, and the only downside was the old stink of cigarettes, which is really standard for any cheap motel i've stayed at.
The location is a little weird but super convenient if you're looking to stay as close to I95 as possible. No regrets for my 2 nights there and I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Tried to Keep My $50 Cash Deposit Before Even Inspecting the Room
My checkout experience left me extremely uncomfortable and questioning how this hotel handles cash incidental deposits.
At check-in, I was required to leave a $50 CASH incidental deposit. The next morning, I left my room and went directly to the front desk to get my deposit back. Before anyone had inspected my room, the woman working the desk immediately told me she would not return my deposit because I had “smoked in the room.”
I told her very clearly: I DON’T SMOKE.
What bothered me most was that she was at the front desk when I came downstairs. If my room had not even been inspected yet, how had she already determined that I smoked in it and that my $50 cash deposit should be forfeited?
Only AFTER I challenged the accusation did she go inspect the room herself. She came back and returned my $50 deposit—which tells me there apparently wasn’t evidence of smoking that justified keeping it. Yet even while handing my money back, she told me that “if I smoke in the room again” I would be banned from the hotel.
Again—I DO NOT SMOKE.
The irony? While I was outside waiting for my Lyft after checkout, I watched the same employee outside smoking.
I cannot say what her intentions were, but the entire interaction left me seriously questioning why she was so quick to accuse me of smoking and keep a CASH deposit before even inspecting the room. If I had simply accepted what she initially told me instead of challenging it, would I have gotten my $50 back?
If the room genuinely smelled like smoke, why was my full deposit returned after the inspection?
I would strongly recommend that guests paying a cash incidental deposit get a receipt, document the condition of their room, and make sure the room is actually inspected before accepting any claim that their deposit is being forfeited.

A mixed bag. So I will say that this place does have potential. When my wife and I got to our room it smelled like smoke and weed. I informed the front desk and was given a new room. We did have some issues with the new room. We had trouble with the a/c unit but that was taken care of by the front desk clerk. Then when we tried to pull down the shade the whole thing came down and we had to have staff come fix the shade and put it back above the window.
The bathroom smelled like stale urine. The water pressure from the shower was nonexistent! It was difficult to shower with such low water pressure. That is a problem.
The railing on the steps in the stairwell was sticky.
Breakfast also could have been a lot better. There was bare bones for food. Limited options for choices. They had a waffle machine which I used but the waffle tasted like there was not much to it. There was juice and pieces of toast and yogurt.
That said the positives was that our second room was cleaner. The staff were very nice and helped us changes rooms. The hallway floors looked new and they were clean. This place used to be a super 8 apparently.

We stopped here as we were driving from MD to MA because it was one of the more affordable options along I95. Pete at the front desk was efficient and quick to get us checked in. The hotel is outdated and the ceiling had some peeling paint but the beds were clean. The breakfast had waffles, toast, cereal and juice. Parking was easy right outside. Not very nice but we needed somewhere to sleep for a few hours during the drive. Not worth $180 but that was the best option in the area.

My son and I stayed here while he was playing in a tournament 10 minutes away. We will not be staying here again next year when we come for the same tournament.
Highlights:
- I felt fairly safe in the parking lot and walking around in the hallways (even though the front desk seems to have the thickest glass installed between the worker and visitors I have ever seen in a business)
-There was always someone to help you at the front desk
-There were the right amount of towels for travelers. It's my pet peeve when they require you to put the number of people staying in a room and then don't have enough towels for said people! There were 4 bath towels available.
Things to note:
The photos look way better than it does in person. The remodel looks like a DIY job.
Our first room had drywall missing in the bathroom and the room door didn't lock (I learned to push every single room door from now on)
They don't precool the rooms. Both rooms we stayed in were hot and took awhile to cool to a reasonable temperature.
The rooms didn't feel clean. The sheets and towels seemed clean enough but it felt like room service was rushed or didn't take pride in their work.
The breakfast leaves lots to desire! If you are staying here for the convenience of not having to go get breakfast before your day's activities you'll want to rethink it. There was nothing here to satiate a 16 year old boy before a tournament...we had to go to Mcdonalds every morning to get him some protein.
