Happiness in the great Maine woods!!!
This is our third time stay at Abbots Trailside Lodging. We have stayed in the motel section, the house in back and now a cabin. Every stay has been wonderful! It is clean, the people are friendly and the management is amazing! You can leave your trailer and jump right on the trails from your lodging. We had one issue during this stay, that I sent an email about. Not only did management answer immediately they showed up in person within 15 minutes to correct the issue. Matt, thank you so much you are an amazing Host!! We will be back!!!!

I stayed here for the 4th of July weekend. I arrived early. I called the staff and they opened the room early for me with no problems. The room was nice and clean. There was plenty of room to park my truck and trailer in front of my room. It was a bonus that they had a local trail map right in the room. I'll be staying here again in the future.

Wonderful stay.
We have stayed here a few times and always have had a great experience. This is the first time staying in one of their new cabins, what a treat this was, just loved it. Matt does a great job keeping everything fresh, cleanliness and accommodations never disappoints us. Location for all things outdoors can't be beat. Highly recommend Abbot Trailside Lodging.

Love it
We cannot say enough about our stay. Matt is very helpful. Thankfully we realized we accidentally booked one of the motel rooms rather than a cabin. Which wouldn't have been terrible as they look great also . We wanted a free-standing cabin. When we called to see what supplies we needed, it was realized that we had booked a hotel room. Matt then upgraded us to an available cabin. The cabins are a little bit more money as all are clustered into one field so no matter where you stay they are a stone's throw from one another. The side by side trails are located right behind the cabins, making it super convenient. You need no supplies but the food you want to bring, towels, sheets, paper goods are supplied for you, super clean. The bed is ridiculously comfortable. Matt is a very conscientious business owner, we look forward to visiting his beautiful cabins again. Thank you for a great stay, Matt!. Our best, Dennis and Kim

ATV Vacation
This is my second time staying at Abbott Trailside Lodging.
Accommodations were awesome. Easy access to the trail with lots of places to go. Great place double thumbs up.
