This European style hotel in downtown Seattle is 15 minutes’ monorail ride from the Space Needle. It features free WiFi, an on-site restaurant, fitness centre, and contemporary rooms with plush bathrobes and complimentary bath products.

This hotel is in a great location. Close to Pike Place and harbor. It’s an older hotel that has been renovated. Very comfortable stay.

Worst Hotel Experience in Seattle
The worst hotel I stayed at in Seattle.
Very, very bad front desk service. When I checked in, they only gave me the key. No explanation for anything. You have to ask everything yourself. The staff seemed rushed to leave and had no patience at all.
Calls from the room to the front desk were never answered. We ordered breakfast, but nobody told us anything about it. The ceiling light in our room was broken, and we had to wait until 11 PM for someone to fix it.
The room smelled bad, like something was rotting, and everything felt very old.
The room was also unbelievably small. When the storage closet door was open, the main entrance door could barely open. The bathroom was tiny as well, with only enough space to turn around.
There was no microwave in the room. This was the only hotel among the five hotels I stayed at in Seattle that did not provide a microwave.
The room faced a parking lot. Cars would make noise at all hours, and the windows provided almost no sound insulation, making it difficult to rest.
Even housekeeping required a reservation and charged an extra $40, which was ridiculous!
I am extremely disappointed. The actual room looked nothing like the photos shown on the booking website. The room quality, condition, and overall experience were completely different from what was advertised.
I will never come back and would not recommend anyone stay here.

Worst experience ever
Worst hotel I've ever stayed at. The AC was broken and they never mentioned it until later in the afternoon. When I requested a refund so we could move hotels, they refused. Said they would compensate us for the inconvenience ($36), and provide box fan for room. The window only opened 2 inches. So not much relief. I requested additional compensation and they haven't replied.
Room was very small and dated. Staff was not helpful.

The Executive Pacific Hotel, used to be my go-to hotel whenever I came up to
Seattle to visit friends or family - multiple times a year over a forty year period.
but my most recent experience has forced me to look elsewhere.
I had made my reservation in two-three weeks ahead of time and was all set.
The day before inwas scheduled to arrive - I received an email - demanding a photocopy of my credit card and drivers license in order to check in to the Executive Pacific. I am a victim of the theft and misuse of my personal data by PayPal, and don't feel comfortable emailing my personal documents.
My emails to the contact listed in their Reservations Department asking for clarification went unanswered
So I stayed someplace else........that I really enjoyed, and which actually offers both a live 24/7 front desk staff- and an in-house restaurant.
Now, I have a new go-to hotel on my visits to Seattle ( 4 planned for the rest of the year).

Stay was good. Room was cozy. Ac in room didnt seem to work to well wash probably the only downfall. But other than that it was a good stay.
