I really enjoyed my stay. The staff were very professional and parking was convenient with nearby stores across the street to the hotel.

Don’t do it!!
Our stay at the ANZ hotel started out like all horror films do. At first the room seemed fine, but we began to notice that things were off. By the end, this was the our list of complaints:
1. Broken non flushing toilet
2. Broken shower head
3. Clogged, bath drain that backed up
4. Dirty room- floor not vacuumed, urine in toilet and sticky fluid on counter
5. Someone’s personal items left in room
6. Hair dryer was broken and towels and supplies were missing/scant. There was no soap in the room.
We spoke with the people at the front desk, who could not help in any way since there was no maintenance person on staff and no room to put us in. When we asked what we should do about the toilet issue they suggested that we defecate in the toilet and leave it there until the morning. Needless to say, it was very uncomfortable stay but it was far too late to find another hotel. After many phone calls and emails the hotel refused to compensate us in anyway. Do not stay here unless you want a horrifying and dehumanizing experience!

Decent hotel but could use some updating for sure. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful!

Definitely dated building. Pool wasn't the greatest, was cold, and hot tub was not working. The part I really didn't like was they were having poetry that night in the bar and you could hear it in the lobby. The problem with that is I'm glad my boys were not trying to listen because both people that was up there were telling very sexual poems.

When I arrived all the staff were by the front door smoking cigarettes. After they assisted holding the broken automatic door open for me, I checked into my room. My feet felt disgusting on the floor and I didn’t want to sit on dirty bed, one of which was broken and it was like I was sleeping on a hammock. At approximately 12:30 in the morning we woke up to a staff member trying to enter our room but couldn’t due to the extra safety lock. When I confronted the female she apologized and said she was a house cleaner. My 2 year old got woken up which was wonderful at 12:30am. In the morning the staff was sympathetic but said these errors can happen. I have yet to hear back from the manager regarding these issues. 10/10 wouldn’t stay here again and would pay more for a better hotel.
